本考案は、無線商品など軽量物の包装装置に関
するもので、包装材料の削減、包装作業の簡素化

(従来例の構成とその問題点)
従来、軽量物商品の包装は、製品に装着した緩
衝体とA−1式段ボール箱等により梱包されてい
る。しかし、近年になり包装材料の削減、包装作
業の時間短縮の面から緩衝材と段ボール箱の重な
る部分を削減したスリーブ包装が考えられるよう
になつた。このような従来の梱包方法は、緩衝体
と段ボールとを緊結固定するためにPPバンド、
テープ、ステツプル等他の副資材が必要となり、
包装材料費及び包装作業、管理の面で効率が悪い

(考案の構成)
本考案の包装装置は、上蓋用フラツプと後面板
と底面板と前面板と止め代用フラツプとを谷折線
を介して順次連設し、後面板と前面板の両側にそ

の両側にそれぞれ谷折線を介してフラツプを連設
し、前記各側面板に設けたフラツプを、底面板と
止め代用フラツプ及び上蓋用フラツプ両端内側に
重ね合せて製品に装着した緩衝体の凹状溝に嵌合
