Conventionally, mosaic parkettes are made by connecting multiple pieces of wood in parallel and facing each other with no gaps, so after it is applied to a concrete floor, mortar floor, etc. with adhesive, changes in humidity can cause the small pieces of wood to fall apart. As it expands, expansion pressure is applied to adjacent pieces of wood, so the adhesive layer between the mosaic parquet and the concrete floor, mortar floor, etc. is destroyed in a short period of time.
Defects such as bumps and peeling occur. The present invention aims to provide a mosaic parkette that does not have such drawbacks.

次に本案実施例を図面について説明する。 Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a plurality of strip-shaped wood pieces, and a plurality of pieces are arranged in parallel with a small gap 2 between each piece. Reference numerals 3 and 4 designate concave and convex grooves provided at both ends of each small piece 1 at the same end. Reference numeral 5 denotes an aluminum wire that is connected to the bottom of a groove 6 that is continuous in a direction perpendicular to the pieces on the back side of the pieces of wood that are arranged in parallel, thereby forming a single panel made up of a plurality of pieces.

This project uses the above configuration to install the required number of panels on each uneven surface 3 and 4 according to the desired construction area.
It is installed by fitting and assembling. Normally, when the moisture content of wood changes by 1%, it expands by 0.1% to 0.3% in the radial direction and 0.2% to 0.5% in the tangential direction. This expansion causes mosaic parquet to adhere to a concrete floor, mortar floor, etc. Inorganic materials such as concrete and mortar hardly expand due to humidity, so strong expansion pressure is applied to the adhesive layer due to changes in humidity, and the adhesive layer is destroyed in a short period of time, resulting in the mosaic parquet being raised or peeled off. It becomes impossible to put it to practical use and becomes unusable. Therefore, in the present invention, a plurality of strip-shaped wood pieces 1 are integrated on the back side with aluminum wire 5, and a small gap 2 is provided between each piece, so that the wood pieces expand due to changes in humidity. Even if this occurs, no expansion pressure is applied to adjacent wood pieces, so there is no risk of bumps or peeling after construction.
Although the above example illustrates floor construction, the present invention can also be used as a wall material, and the functionality is exactly the same.

As mentioned above, in this case, small gaps are provided between the small pieces of wood that form each panel, so that even if the small pieces of wood expand due to changes in humidity after bonding concrete, mortar, etc. The construction effect can be maintained normally without causing any upheaval or peeling, without damaging the original shape of the panels connected with aluminum wire, and without causing deformation in the state where they are connected with uneven grooves. I can feel it.
