Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the loss of flavor, taste and water without imparing convenience and sealability by providing a container with a specific layer structure and a lid with a specific layer structure or layer-to-layer strength and forming a seal therebetween by a specific method. CONSTITUTION:A lid body 2 is formed of at least two layer laminated film, i.e., a heat sealable substrate 3 and an outer separating layer, and provided with a slit or hole in such manner that a partial opening part is formed upon separation of the outer separating layer 6 alone from the substrate 3. This lid is sealed to a container in a higher strength than the separating strength. This permits the outer separating layer 6 to be opened and, when the container is put in an electronic oven and as the food in the container is heated, the emission of vapor from the food is limited to only a part of the lid, thereby reducing the possibility of the flavor and taste being impaired.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention provides a container consisting of a plastic cup body having a flange portion and a lid body, which has excellent sealing performance during storage and can be cooked in a microwave oven when eaten. It can be heated, prevents moisture and flavor from scattering, can be used in a microwave oven without losing the flavor of the food, and is easy to open and can be used for foods that bring out flavor, aroma, etc. through solid-liquid separation. This relates to heavily tampered containers.

In order to improve this problem, a method is used in which a part of the lid material is made of aluminum foil, etc., and a cut hole is made, and the liquid is removed by poking the hole with a fork, chopsticks, straw, etc.

In addition, in order to prevent this, a hole is made in the lid in advance and the hole is sealed with a tape-shaped sealing material, and the bagasse method is often used in the 1980-25390ETC, but the tape peels off during transportation. In addition, there was a drawback that adhesive remained in the peeling hole of the tape, spoiling the appearance after opening.

Since the seal with the container body is completely sealed, it has the disadvantage that it cannot be opened easily.

In this type, the container lid is open in the microwave, and as the food is heated, the moisture, flavor, and aroma inside the food scatter, and the flavor of the food decreases considerably, and it becomes food just by heating it. In order to prevent this, there were cases where the lid was removed and then covered with an overcap (with a hole) to prevent scattering, but it was expensive to use as a container, and it could not be placed in the microwave. It has the disadvantage that it is not convenient because the overcap is placed on the front.

On the other hand, as a microwave-heated seal is attached to the lid of the container and heated, the seal layer rises, melting the lid at the sealed area, and causing the area to burst as the internal vapor pressure increases. This method was also developed, but since the lid part was melted, there was a risk that some of it would get into the food, making it unhygienic.

The present invention provides a container for foods that is stored in liquid and requires removal or separation of the liquid when edible, which has conventionally been difficult to provide both liquid separation properties and easy opening. As a result of various studies to create a hygienic container that does not impair product quality, convenience, or sealability, and eliminates the scattering of scent, flavor, moisture, etc. in a microwave oven, we decided on the layer structure of the container body, and the lid. We found that the problem could be solved by appropriately setting the layer structure of the body, the strength of the glabella, and the sealing method between the container body and the lid, etc. Based on this knowledge, we conducted various studies and completed the present invention. This is what led to this.

The former is a method that adjusts the sealing strength by blending a portion of the lid heat-sealing resin with a resin that inhibits the heat-sealing property.A typical method is to blend PP as the main heat-sealing layer with 20% PE as the heat-sealing layer. A method of adjusting the peel strength by blending ~50 parts is known, and this blending method can be selected as appropriate depending on the type and contents of the main container sealing layer.

For the latter, one method is to select the sealing strength by blending various resins, as is the case with the lid, and another method is to adjust the peel strength between the main body seal layer and the adjacent layer so that it is easy to peel, and to create a main body heat seal layer. There is a method of peeling off the layer and opening the package.

For example, if the difference is less than 300g/25wn, when the outer peeling layer is peeled off, separation from the sealing surface between the container body and the lid will occur at the same time, resulting in slipping of the lid base material, which was the original purpose. 7), holes will no longer form.
