Abstract

PURPOSE: To use effectively heat energy while preventing an user from feeling of coldness in the winter by supplying and exhausting exhaust gas generated by burning dust and the atmosphere at the same time to exchange heat between exhaust and intaked air.
CONSTITUTION: Exhaust or the like generated from a burner is sucked into an intake port 17 through a burner exhaust-flow path 19 and a combustion furnace exhaust-flow path 7 into an exhaust fan 12 to be exhausted to the outside of a chamber through an exhaust path in a heat exchanger 15. At the same time, the atmosphere is sucked into an intake air fan 13 through an intake air path in the heat exchanger 15 and discharged from an intake air port 16 through an intake air flow path 20 into a kitchen. Dust 6 produced in the kitchen is dumped into a combustion path 2 to be heated and burnt by an electric heater 5. Exhaust gas generated by the combustion is discharged from an exhaust port 2a to a combustion furnace exhaust-flow path 7, heated by a heating heater 11 of a purifier 10 up to the reaction temperature of a catalyzer 9 and purified by the catalyzer 9. The purified exhaust gas is sucked into an exhaust fan 12. The succeeding flow of exhaust gas and intaked air is as same as that in the burner.
