Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a detergent which is inexpensive and good for the skin by mixing a flexible and fibrillated short fiber with a slid surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:After a neat soap containing 5 to 95wt.% solid surface active agent with little irritation to the skin is heated and dissolved, 5 to 95wt.% flexible fibrillated short fibers consisting of pref. synthetic polyolefin pulp fibers with a surface hardness (ASTM D2240) of 30 to 80 and a denier of 1 to 50mum and, if necessary, a perfume, a coloring agent, a mildew-proofing agent, etc., are added thereto and the mixture is poured into a frame to obtain a slid detergent.
