Conventionally, a filtration device in which cylindrical tubes are housed in a casing in a stacked manner in the axial direction and a liquid containing harmful substances (e.g. nuclear reactor waste liquid) is passed through the casing is stacked in a casing. The structure is such that the upper and lower surfaces of the upper and lower frames of the over-cylinder are brought into close contact with each other for sealing.

Therefore, in the above-mentioned conventional structure, a large pressure contact force is required to maintain the sealing performance between each tube, and therefore, it is necessary to apply the necessary pressure for sealing in the axial direction.
It is necessary to attach a pressurizing means to the overflow device. As a result, when replacing the overtube, all the overtubes must be pulled upwards, and since the above-mentioned pressurizing means is attached, it is not easy to attach or remove the overtube, and the overtube cannot be replaced by remote control. It was simply impossible to replace.

The present invention was developed with the aim of improving the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, and improves the sealing performance between the over-tubes without applying pressure in the axial direction to the over-tubes, which are made up of multiple layers. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sieve device that is easy to maintain and replace the sieve cylinder.

In order to achieve the above object, the overpass device according to the present invention has a cylindrical material interposed between the upper and lower frames, the outer periphery of which is covered with an outer tube, and the overtube is inserted into the casing in the axial direction and laminated. An annular sealing member is fitted to the outer periphery of the upper and lower frames of the casing, and this sealing member is closely press-fitted to the inner periphery of the casing in a device that allows the liquid to pass through the casing. It is characterized by:

In the figure, 7 shows an example of a casing used to configure the filtering device, and this casing 7 has a guide surface 7A that expands upward at the upper end, and an inflow port for the liquid to be filtered at the upper side of the casing 7. 8, an outflow port 9 for the liquid to be passed through is provided at the lower part thereof, and a sensor 10 for detecting the insertion limit of the passing cylinder 1 is provided at the lower end. The lower end of the casing 7 is open.

Therefore, the casing 7 is installed, for example, in one corner of a storage tank for the liquid to be filtered, with its lower end spaced apart enough to allow at least one overtube 1 to be discharged, and the required number of overtubes 1 are inserted and inserted into the inside of the casing 7. do. At this time, the sealing members 6, 6 fitted to the outer circumferential surfaces of the upper and lower frames 2, 3 of the overtube 1 are fitted in pressure contact with the inner circumferential surface of the casing 7, so that the frame 2,

After this, when suction is performed by the vacuum through the outlet 9, the permeable liquid that entered the inlet 8 of the casing 7 passes through the material 4 through the inside of the casing 1, exits the material 4, and exits from the outlet 9. During this period, harmful components and the like are captured by the material 4.

When the material 4 of the over-tube 1 at the position corresponding to the outlet 9 becomes clogged, insert a new over-tube 1 from above the casing 7 and press down the over-tube 1 by appropriate means, such as a push rod by remote control. When the tube 1 is pushed in, the clogged tube 1 is pushed downward as shown by the chain line in FIG. 1, and the casing 7
is collected from the lower end into a part of the storage tank.

FIG. 4 shows an example of a closed-type casing device, in which lids 11 and 12 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the casing 7 to open and close by rotating in a horizontal plane, and the lids 11 and 12 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the casing 7. An inlet 8 is provided on the side, and outlet ports 9, 9 are provided at the upper and lower parts of the casing 7, so that two over-cylinders 1, 1 are housed within the casing 7. In this case, the upper and lower tubes 1,
A gap is provided between the facing surfaces of the two members 1, and the permeable liquid sucked by the vacuum from the outlet ports 9, 9 flows as shown by the arrow and is filtered by the members 4, 4.

Even in the above embodiment, when replacing the overtube 1, 1, open the upper and lower lids 11, 12, insert the new overtube 1, 1 from the upper end of the casing 7, and push it in. The over-tubes 1, 1 are successively pushed out from the lower end of the casing 7 and recovered as appropriate.

As explained above, the casing device according to the present invention has annular seal members fitted to the outer periphery of the upper and lower frames of the casing, and these seal members are tightly press-fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the casing. Therefore, when replacing a clogged overtube, a new overtube is press-fitted from the upper end of the casing, and the used overtube can be pushed out from the bottom of the casing and recovered. Therefore, the casing can be easily replaced by remote control.
In addition, since the over-tube is sealed against the inner circumferential surface of the casing at the outer peripheral surface of each upper and lower frame body, when the over-tube is used in a stacked manner, there is no need for a means to pressurize the over-tube in the axial direction. There are various effects such as the ability to significantly simplify the configuration.
