As seen in the publication, there is a method in which a rubber shape-retaining material is placed on the base of a core metal and prepreg is wound, and JP-A-63-237.
As seen in Japanese Patent No. 726, a method is known in which the taper of the base of the core bar is increased and prepreg for forming the tube body and prepreg for forming the grip part are wound around the front and rear parts of the taper so that they partially overlap. It will be done.

法を提供することを目的とするものである。However, the former method has drawbacks such as the difficulty in removing the rubber shape retaining material after heat curing, which may damage the tubular body, and the difficulty of forming the grip into a complicated shape. Moreover, the latter requires many types of core metals, and the thickness of the grip part cannot be maintained constant, which causes problems such as weakening of the strength. In view of these current circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for easily manufacturing a tubular body such as a fishing rod that has an integrally formed uneven large-diameter portion that is easy to grip.

After placing the core member for use in the pipe, a prepreg for forming a tube body is wound around the outer periphery of the core metal and the core member for shape retention, the outer periphery of the prepreg is tied with a tightening tape, and then heat curing treatment is performed by a conventional method. Then, after pulling out the core metal, the shape-retaining core member is taken out to form a tubular body. The release layer formed on the outer circumferential surface of the core metal and the shape-retaining core member can be formed by coating and drying a mold release agent such as fluorine-based, silicone-based, or synthetic wax, or by applying a silicon-based release agent to polypropylene, cellophane tape, or polyethylene terephthalate 1 to 1. When wrapping a tape or sheet coated with a release agent, or even when covering a heat-shrinkable tube made of silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, etc., the release agent is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the core metal and dried. At the same time, a shape-retaining core member is placed on the circumferential surface of the larger diameter side, and a peelable tape or sheet is wound around the outer periphery of the placement part, or a peelable tube is covered. It is preferable to hold the shape-retaining core member by holding the shape-retaining core member, as this makes it easier to wrap the tube-forming prepreg around the core metal, improving manufacturing efficiency. The shape-retaining core member is made of metal or synthetic resin and is placed or fitted on a part or the entire circumference of the metal core. In particular, when it is provided on the entire circumference, it is preferable to divide it into several parts. (Function) In the present invention, the removal of the core metal and the shape-retaining core member from the tubular body after the heat curing treatment of the prepreg for forming the tubular body is as follows:
The peeling layer formed on the metal core and the peeling layer provided on the shape-retaining core member allow this to be easily and easily performed. EXAMPLES To explain the present invention in detail, a release layer 2 is formed by applying a release agent such as fluorine-based or silicon-based 1 synthetic wax to the outer peripheral surface of a tapered metal core 1 and drying it. Next, the above-mentioned mold release agent is applied to the circumferential surface of the large-diameter side of the core bar 1 and dried, or a polypropylene tube, cellophane tape, polyethylene terephthalate tape coated with a mold release agent, etc. is wound. is a metal coated with a heat-shrinkable tube such as silicone rubber or fluorine rubber to form a release layer 3;
A shape-retaining core member 4 made of synthetic resin or the like is provided, a tube-forming prepreg 5 is wound around the outer periphery of the core metal 1 and the shape-retaining core member 4, and a tightening tape such as cellophane tape is spirally wound around the outside of the prepreg 5. Wrap it in a shape and bind it. The shape-retaining core member 4 may be placed only on a part of the circumferential surface of the core metal 1 or may be placed on the entire circumferential surface of the core metal 1. In the latter case, it is possible to divide the core member 4 into several parts. This is preferable since it can be easily attached and detached. In addition, the prepreg 5 for forming the tube is made by impregnating a reinforcing fiber sheet with a thermosetting synthetic resin, as is conventionally known.
It is possible to wind a single sheet, or as shown in one drawing, to separate the shape-retaining core member 4 and other parts into winding. After the core metal 1 wound with the tubular body forming prepreg 5 is heat-hardened in the same manner as in conventional tubular body manufacturing means, the core metal 1 is first pulled out to the larger diameter side, and then the shape-retaining core member 4 is formed. The tubular body 6 is manufactured by taking out the tubular body 6 and then peeling off the tightening tape such as cellophane tape. Then, the shape-retaining core member 4 is placed on the core bar 1 coated with the release agent and dried, and the releasable tape or sheet is wrapped around the outer periphery of the placement part of the shape-retaining core member 4. , or by covering the heat-shrinkable tube to form a peeling 3 and fixing the shape-retaining core member 4 to the core metal 1, and then wrapping the tube-forming prepreg 5, the tube-forming prepreg This is preferable because the winding action in step 5 becomes smooth and easy, which further improves manufacturing efficiency. Effects of the Invention J The present invention improves the ability to pull out the core after heat curing treatment of the tube-forming prepreg and the subsequent maintenance by forming a release layer on the tapered core and the shape-retaining core member constituting the grip. A fishing rod with a large diameter uneven part, in which the shaping core member can be taken out smoothly and easily, and a large diameter uneven part that is easy to grip can be formed integrally with the tubular body using a normal tapered core metal. , it is possible to efficiently manufacture tubular bodies such as golf club shafts. In addition, if a shape-retaining core member is placed on a tapered core metal coated with a release agent and dried, and a release layer is formed around the outer periphery of the placement part using a release tape, sheet, or tube, the prepreg for forming a tube body can be formed. The shape-retaining core member is prevented from moving when it is wrapped around the core metal, and the winding operation of the tube-forming prepreg becomes smooth and easy, making manufacturing work even easier and further improving productivity. can.
