[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial field of application> This invention is designed to connect the top of structures such as retaining walls and fences, which are constructed by masonry of blocks made of stone or concrete, to the ground surface. It relates to architecture and construction materials used for finishing in parallel or nearly parallel straight lines.

<Prior Art> In block masonry structures, although the structure varies depending on the form of the masonry, the top of the structure is generally not in a straight line that is parallel or nearly parallel to the ground surface. If the top end is non-linear, the finish will be visually very unsightly, and this is particularly undesirable for structures such as fences where appearance is an important factor. In such cases, if the top edge treatment method is to cut the block and finish it in a straight line, there will be a lot of loss in terms of work and materials, and fine irregularities will be created on the finished surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. Wooden members that are no longer needed, such as sticks, are cut into multiple types at appropriate lengths, and the cut pieces of various lengths and short lengths are assembled into formwork to create the same joint pattern as the masonry block at the bottom. After temporary fixing, concrete was poured so that the top of the structure was straight and the same joint pattern as the lower block was connected all the way to the top.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, when using the above-mentioned conventional methods, it is difficult to cut wooden members such as joint bars, and to form a wide variety of cut pieces to match the pattern of the masonry block. It takes a lot of work and effort to temporarily fix the joints near the top, making the top edge processing very inefficient. Furthermore, it is difficult to assemble the cut pieces accurately and to place the temporary fixes in relation to the formwork. The pattern may be deformed or
It had the drawback of being easily distorted and lacking in unity.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention has been developed for the top of a block masonry structure, which allows the above-mentioned top treatment to be carried out with high efficiency with less work effort, and which can reliably produce a uniform continuous pattern. The purpose is to provide orthopedic products.

<Means for solving the problems> The top shaped product of the block masonry structure according to the present invention devised to achieve the above purpose,
It is characterized by a structure in which a plurality of unit members having the same external front shape as the masonry block are integrally molded in a series using a material that is easy to cut and arranged in an arrangement posture that matches the masonry form of the lower block. It has the following.

<Operation> According to the shaped product of the present invention having such a characteristic configuration, the top of a structure built by masonry blocks can be finished in a straight line parallel or almost parallel to the ground surface by pouring concrete. When processing, the series of shaped products is cut along the design dimension line, temporarily fixed to the inner surface of the formwork with adhesive tape or nails, and poured into concrete, so that the lower masonry block is formed on the concrete surface. As well as, the passage is good and linear,
It is possible to finish the top in a straight line while reliably creating a continuous joint pattern with excellent uniformity.

<Effects of the invention> Therefore, according to the present invention, it is a shaped product exclusively for top processing, which is easy to cut into arbitrary dimensions, and which has a length equivalent to multiple blocks arranged side by side. Since it is a series of integrated products, it requires less work and effort compared to the conventional means described above, and the efficiency of top edge processing can be significantly improved.

Moreover, since the upper part of the masonry block can be temporarily fixed to the formwork in a stable position and firmly without distortion or deformation, the surface joint pattern up to the top, which is finished in a straight line, can be made to continue with the joint pattern of the lower masonry block. It can be formed reliably and beautifully, and the overall structure can be finished with a very good appearance in terms of external design.

In Fig. 2, A is a plurality of concrete blocks 1 with a rectangular front shape and an arbitrary uneven pattern 1a on the surface, with the facets of the upper row and the facets of the lower row facing alternately in opposite directions. It is a structure such as a retaining wall that is constructed by masonry in an inclined position such that the horizontal joints a of each row exhibit a triangular wave shape, and the top of this structure A is constructed by pouring concrete. As clearly shown in Fig. 1, if the outer front shape is the same as that of the concrete block 1 and the surface pattern 1a of the concrete block 1 is concave, it is convex, and if the surface pattern is convex, it is concave. As shown above, a plurality of unit members 2 having the same shape in front view but with a pattern 2a of opposite unevenness are arranged in an inclined arrangement posture matching the masonry form of the lower concrete block 1 described above, and are made of, for example, urethane foam or expanded polystyrene. It is made of a material that can be easily cut using a saw or knife, such as typically foamed resin or synthetic rubber, and is molded into one piece.

At the same time, a cutting form D is assembled and supported at a location at an appropriate interval on the back of the first group of masonry blocks, and this cutting form D and the concrete form By pouring concrete C between C and M, the concrete C has a linear top along the level line L, as shown in Fig. 5, and has the same surface pattern up to the top. This leads to the construction of a block structure A' having the following structure.
