Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は小型トランス用のE型フエライトコ

と、第3の目的はトランスを低廉なものとするた
め量産に適するフエライトコアを提案することに

充分に小さい短辺からなる矩形断面を有し、その
長辺に当る一側面がヨーク部の長辺に当る一側面
と一面をなしている構成の小型トランス用E形コ
アにおいて、上記中央脚は、矩形断面の4つの角
部を切除して、これらの角部を斜面形成し、上記
左右脚は、ヨークの一側面と一面をなす脚とは反
対となる中央脚の角部斜面にほぼ平行させるよう
にしてそれらの内側面を湾曲形成したことを特徴
とする小型トランス用フエライトコアを提案す

る。以下、本考案の実施例について図面に沿つて

てある。なお、中央脚1a,2aは矩形断面の4
つの角部を切除させた形状をなしているが、角部
R1,R2に当る部分は必ずしも切除しなくともよ

を増加させているので、左右脚は高さ(コア幅)
を制限しても鉄量不足とならない。これより、ト

を可能なるかぎり短縮させた偏平型の小型トラン

小型トランス用E形コアにおいて、上記中央脚
は、矩形断面の4つの角部を切除して、これらの
角部を斜面形成し、上記左右脚は、ヨークの一側
面と一面をなす側とは反対となる中央脚の角部斜
面にほぼ平行させることにしてそれらの内側面を
湾曲形成したことを特徴とする小型トランス用フ
