Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a hot water level in a bathtub to be stably detected at all times without being affected by condensed dew droplets by using two connecting pipes provided between a circulation device and a hot water level detector for the connection of each other, the first connecting pipe being made of a heat insulating material such as rubber and being set in a rising gradient manner toward the hot water level detector, while the second connecting pipe being connected to the first connecting pipe by an elbow or the like and being installed upright. CONSTITUTION:A first connecting pipe 26 is connected to a connection port 38 of a circulation device 23, said pipe 26 being made of a heat insulating material such as rubber and the inner diameter thereof being formed into a diameter that allows dew droplets to run down. The length l of the connecting pipe 26 that is cooled by the external air is set to such a length that moisture in the connecting pipe 26 can be formed into condensed dew droplets, and the connecting pipe 26 is arranged and fixed to the circulation device 23 in such a manner as to form a rising gradient therefrom. An elbow 27 is connected to the top end of the connecting pipe 26, and a hot water level detector 25 and the elbow 27 are connected to each other by a second connecting pipe 28 installed upright therebetween. Since the connecting pipe 26 is slantingly provided for the purpose of a dew droplets forming zone, condensed dew droplets do not stay in the connecting pipe 26, and furthermore, since it is made of a heat insulating material, heat transfer is prevented, so that the temperature in the connecting pipe 28 becomes almost equal to that of the external air, thereby preventing dew droplets from being formed therein.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, the circulation device 23 is attached to the wall of the bathtub 24, and the water level detector 25 is attached to the wall of the house, so that the heat and moisture generated by the hot water in the bathtub in the circulation device 23 is , heat is transferred inside the connecting pipe 29, and the connecting pipe 29 is filled with water. At this time, the connecting pipe 29 is cooled by the outside air, so the inside of the connecting pipe 29 becomes dew condensed, and the water droplets clog the connecting pipe 29, causing the water level detector. There was an issue with the system malfunctioning.

When hot water is supplied to the bathtub 24, the hot water boiled by the burner 12 is mixed with water at the hot water mixing valve I7 to an appropriate temperature, and the water is passed through the edge cutting device 18→three-way valve 22→circulation pump 20→outgoing pipe 21-+circulation. The water passes through the outlet pipe 34 of the device 23 and then the discharge section 35 and is supplied into the bathtub 24. The hot water in the bathtub 24 is simultaneously converted into air pressure that pushes up the air in the connecting pipe 828 of the connecting pipe A26. In this way, when the amount of hot water (water level) in the bathtub 24 reaches a predetermined value, the connecting pipe A2

Also, when you take a bath and use the hot water in the bathtub 24, and the water level in the bathtub 24 drops, the water pressure will decrease, so the connection pipe A26. The air pressure in the connecting pipe 828 becomes smaller, which is detected by the water level detector 25, and the hot water supply operation starts again.

Normally, when the circulation device 23 and the water level detector 25 are connected through one connecting pipe 29, the air inside the connecting pipe 29 contains the moisture and humidity of the bathtub water, so dew condensation is likely to occur. As the water inside the connecting pipe 29 gradually increases or accumulates, correct water level detection becomes impossible.

However, in this case the two connecting pipes A2
The purpose of the connecting pipe B28 is shared by the six connecting pipes B28.The connecting pipe A26 is for the condensation area and has an inner diameter that allows the condensed water to return to the bathtub 24.Since it is installed with a slope, the condensed water does not accumulate. Because it is a thermal insulator, the temperature of the bathtub water is not transferred to the connecting pipe 828, and the connecting pipe B28
is close to the outside temperature and there is no condensation.

Therefore, if the connecting pipe 82B is formed of a thin tube that matches the characteristics of the water level detector 25, stable water level detection can be performed without being affected by dew condensation.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments above, the water heater with a bathtub of the present invention uses two types of pipes, connecting pipe A and connecting pipe B, to connect the circulation device and the water level detector. Connecting pipe A is for the dew condensation area, is made of heat insulating material such as rubber, and has an inner diameter that allows condensed water to move when condensation occurs inside connecting pipe A.
Also, install it with a slope so that condensed water returns to the bathtub, and connecting pipe B is a thin tube that matches the characteristics of the water level detector and is piped upward from connecting pipe A to the water level detector via an elbow. With this configuration, piping without walnuts is possible, and the bathtub water level can always be detected stably without being affected by condensation water, such as condensation water accumulating or accumulating in the connecting vibrators A and B. can.
