Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the fire spread time and hence prevent the discharge of vaporized gas by providing a secondary air hole which is open to the upper end of a secondary air chamber except for a fire spread section. CONSTITUTION:The air sent from a combustion fan 20 is divided into three systems which comprise a vaporizer air which enters a mixing chamber 15 passing through a vaporizer 11, a primary air which enters the mixing chamber 15 passing through a primary flow straightening hole 13, and a secondary air which is ejected from a secondary air hole 18. The vaporized gas generated in the vaporizer 11 is mixed with the vaporizer air in the mixing chamber 15, and produces a premixed air, which is ejected from flame holes 16. The premixed air ejected from a flame hole 16A is ignited by the discharge of an ignition plug 21, thereby forming flames. As a fire spread section 19 is surrounded by the flame holes 16 and the secondary air holes 18, a stagnation area 22 is generated. The premixed air and the secondary air flow into this stagnation area 22. Therefore, the first ignited flames are brought into contact with the adjoining premixed air in a fire spread section, thereby igniting the premixed air instantaneously.
