Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform assembly of forms with high efficiency by a method wherein forms are previously contained in a form removing cover and securely disposed on plywood. CONSTITUTION:An inwardly folded fixing part 5 is placed to the peripheral edge of a form removing cover 1. Form pieces 2a and 2b formed with division pieces into which e given form is divided are contained in the form removing cover through the medium of a spacer 3a. Forms F are placed on plywood 6 in a manner to form the forms in the desired shape of a lattice. The fixing part 5 of the form removing cover 1 is secured on plywood 10 by using crosspieces 7 and nails 8. Concrete is placed thereon for curing. After completion of curing of concrete, the spacer 3a is first removed, and the form pieces 2a and 2b and the form removing cover 1 are removed.

[Prior Art] In concrete buildings and the like, slabs with lattice-like reinforcing lips are formed in order to reduce the thickness of floors, ceilings, etc. and to improve their strength, rigidity, etc. In order to make this slab with reinforcing ribs, for example, Fig. 10 (A), (
As shown in B), plywood (

However, in the above method, the cover (23) is attached to the formwork (22) placed on the plywood (21), but it is impossible to attach it manually without wrinkles. Therefore, wrinkles are inevitably generated in the applied cover (23), and these wrinkles are transferred as they are to the slab surface formed by such a cover application form, resulting in a loss of appearance. .

There are no particular restrictions on the spacer, but it is preferable that the height of the spacer ranges from 1/3 of the height of the formwork piece to the same height as the formwork piece, and the width of the spacer ranges from 1/2 of the formwork piece to the same height as the formwork piece. It is preferable that the spacer has the same width as the spacer.By making the spacer tapered, it is possible to easily prevent the demolding cover from wrinkling by driving the spacer into a wedge-like shape between the mold pieces. Further, it is preferable to provide a retaining part on the lower part of the spacer, which can be gripped or hooked with a tool to facilitate removal during demolding. The material of the spacer is not particularly limited, and examples include metal, plastic, plastic foam, and wood. Further, the demolding cover is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the size is the same as the navy blue, width, and height of the formwork or the combination of the formwork piece and the spacer, or smaller within the range of up to 3M. Further, as the material, materials with excellent mold releasability such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyester are suitable.

For the formwork of the present invention, it is effective to store the formwork or formwork pieces with the opening of the demolding cover facing upward, as if stuffed into a bag. In particular, in the case of formwork pieces, the formwork pieces are first stored in the demolding cover, and then a wedge is inserted between the formwork pieces to create a wrinkle-free formwork. can be obtained easily.

As mentioned above, according to the present invention, the formwork is not fixed on the plywood as in the conventional method, so the formwork or mold is placed inside the demolding cover, just like storing the contents in a bag. The frame pieces and spacers can be stored, so even if wrinkles occur during the storage process, they can be easily removed. In the case of formwork pieces, the formwork pieces are first stored in the demolding cover, and then a spacer is inserted between the formwork pieces in a wedge-like manner to push the formwork pieces apart. Since the spacer is attached while the demolding cover is being pushed open, wrinkles can be completely prevented.

In addition, the construction work is extremely efficient, as the formwork can be constructed simply by transporting the wrinkle-free formwork to the site and arranging and fixing it on the plywood as described above.
