Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the handling performance of a small snow car by providing the body of the snow car recessively with storage parts for enclosing operating pieces which are not operated during running as well as an enclosure wall with through holes. CONSTITUTION:A shift lever 11, its storage part 12, a starter grip 13 and its storage part 14 are recessively provided at the right erect wall 10a. The shift lever 11 is rotatably accommodated in the storage part 12, and a through hole 15 and a duct 16 are provided at the lower part of a back wall 12b. The starter grip 13 is provided with a wire 17, extended from a recoil starter, connected at its tip and enclosed in the storage part 14 when its tensile strength is weakened, and a through hole 18 and a duct 19 are provided at a back wall 14b. When a small snow car 1 advances, the air taken in is warmed at an exhaust pipe and an engine and jetted backward from the through holes 15, 18 of the storage parts 12, 14. The legs of a rider are thereby warmed, a step 9 is prevented from being covered with snow, and the snow accumulated on the storage parts 12, 14 melts. In addition, as these operating pieces are enclosed in the storage parts during running, the rider is free from such annoyance as these operating pieces touching his body.
