Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a composite cooking apparatus with miniaturized and simplified construction capable of adjusting the temperature of hot water poured into an extractor by providing a removable water tank in a high frequency heating chamber, an extractor and a receiver for receiving extracted liquid outside said chamber to interpose a water conduit for introducing water from the water tank to the extractor. CONSTITUTION:A main body 20 is formed with a high frequency heating chamber 22 above which is disposed to a control unit 24 provided with an operating panel 23 for operating a composite cooking apparatus. A removable water tank 25 is attached in said chamber 22 which is equipped on the outside with an extractor 26 and a receiver 27 for receiving extracted liquid from the extractor 26. A water conduit 28 is disposed between the water tank 25 and extractor 26. When water filled in the water tank 25 is heated by high frequency 29 to provide hot water, pressure in the water tank 25 is increased. The hot water in the water tank 25 is poured into the extractor 26 through the water conduit 28 to extract components of coffee from coffee powder filled in the extractor 26 to store the coffee as extracted liquid in the receiver 27.

According to the above-described configuration, since the water tank is provided in the high-frequency heating chamber, the water in the water tank can be heated using high-frequency waves. Therefore, there is no need for a heater dedicated to extraction, unlike conventional ones, and furthermore, there is no need for wiring for this heater. Furthermore, since high frequency waves for cooking are used to heat the water in the water tank, the temperature of the water can be adjusted by selecting the cooking time.

31 is the rear wall of the high frequency heating chamber 22. A replenishment port 60 for replenishing water to the water tank 25 is formed in the upper part of the water tank 25, and a lid 32 for opening and closing the replenishment port 60 is screwed onto the replenishment port 60. Further, a hole 33 with a diameter of about 1 mm is provided in the upper wall of the water tank 25, and flanges 34 extending in the front-rear direction are formed on the left and right sides of the upper wall (see FIG. 4). This flange 34 is connected to the high frequency heating chamber 2.
A pair of L-shaped rails 36 extending from the ceiling wall 35 of No. 2
The water tank 25 is supported by the water tank 25 so that it can freely slide in the front and rear directions. Further, a water conveying vibrator 37 for conveying the water in the water tank 25 to the water conduit pipe 28 is disposed at the rear of the water tank 25 (see Fig. 6).
A joint 38 made of silicone rubber or the like having a shielding effect is interposed at the connection between the water supply vibrator 37 and the water pipe 28 (see Fig. 7). A small gap is formed between the bottom wall 64 of the tank 25 and the bottom wall 64 of the tank 25 to allow water to flow (see FIG. 8).

Here, when the water in the water tank 25 is heated, the pressure in the water tank 25 increases. However, until this increased pressure reaches a certain value, in other words, the water tank 25
The pressure is regulated by the hole 33 provided at the top of the water tank 25 until the water temperature inside reaches a certain value.
Water in the water tank 25 is not sent to the water pipe 28 side. When the pressure in the water tank 25 exceeds a certain value, the hot water in the water tank 25 passes through the gap at the bottom of the water feed vibrator 37 and is sent to the water conduit pipe 28 via the joint 38.

As mentioned above, the hole 33 at the top of the water tank 25 is for adjusting the pressure inside the water tank 25, so a plug 62 made of shape memory alloy or the like is used as shown in FIG. It is also possible to have a structure in which the water tank 25 is opened and closed using the relationship between the temperature of the water tank 25 and the pressure inside the water tank 25. Further, at the bottom of this water tank 25, a heat conductive plate 39 as shown in FIG.
is buried, and the water temperature in the water tank 25 is determined by the heat conduction plate 3.
9 is connected to the thermistor 40 (see FIG. 9).The thermistor 40 is connected to the high-frequency heating chamber 22 via a leaf spring 41 in consideration of attachment to the water tank 25.
It is attached to the rear of the rear wall 31 and connected to the control unit 24 by wiring 42.

As described above, in the composite cooking device according to this embodiment, the water tank is removably disposed within the high-frequency heating chamber, so that the composite cooking device can be made compact and simple in appearance. In addition, by using high frequency waves for cooking to heat the water for extraction instead of using a dedicated heater for extraction, we are able to reduce costs, and at the same time, there is no need for a place to install the heater or for wiring dedicated to the heater. , further compactness can be achieved. Furthermore, if you program several heating temperatures into the control unit for heating water, you can use it not only for brewing coffee, but also for brewing Japanese tea, black tea, or Chinese herbal medicine. When performing normal cooking, the water tank inside the high-frequency heating chamber can be taken out to make more space in the room, and can also be used as a normal high-frequency cooking device.

i sleep stand up! As is clear from the above explanation, since the composite cooker according to the present invention is equipped with a water tank in the high frequency heating chamber,
The water in this water tank can be heated with high frequency. Therefore, there is no need for a heater dedicated to extraction, unlike conventional ones, and furthermore, there is no need for wiring for this heater. Therefore, it is possible to achieve a compact size as a composite cooking device and at the same time to achieve a significant cost reduction. Moreover, since high frequency waves are used to heat the water in the water tank, it can be easily used for brewing not only coffee but also various kinds of tea, etc. by selecting the heating time. In addition, when doing normal cooking, the water tank can be removed (thereby, the high-frequency heating chamber can be expanded), and it has the advantage that it can be used without any inconvenience even when cooking large foods.
