Abstract

PURPOSE:To certainly turn over a page by simple constitution and to simplify constitution by mounting a page turning-over part to the rotary shaft of a page turning-over roller through an elastic member. CONSTITUTION:A page turning-over roller 6 is constituted by mounting a page turning-over part 9 to a rotary shaft 7 through a spring 8 being an elastic member. In such a case that the thickness of a passbook 1 is varied by a change of the number of pages when the page of the passbook 1 is turned over by the page turning-over roller 6 of a page turning-over mechanism, the spring 8 is deformed corresponding to the thickness of the passbook 1 by its elastic force and the page turning-over part 9 can follow the turned-over page 1. of the passbook 1 and, therefore, said spring 8 can absorb the thickness variation of the passbook l. Therefore, even when the thickness of the passbook 1 is varied, said variation can be absorbed by the spring 8 and, therefore, the desired page of the passbook 1 can be certainly turned over. Further, since the turning- over of a page can be realized only by the rotation of the page turning-over roller 6, constitution can be simplified as compared with a conventional example using a press pad or a push lever other than the page turning-over roller.

When the pages of a bankbook are turned by the page changing mechanism, if the thickness of the bankbook changes due to changes in the number of pages, etc., the page changing roller is constructed by attaching the page turning section to the one-rotation shaft via an elastic member as described above. When the page turning section hits the passbook when turning the pages of the passbook by the page changing roller, the elastic member deforms according to the thickness of the passbook due to its elastic force, and the page turning section can follow the turned page of the passbook. Can absorb variations in thickness. Therefore, even if the thickness of the passbook changes, the variation is absorbed by the elastic member, so that the desired page of the passbook can be turned over reliably. Moreover, since page turning can be realized only by rotating the page changing roller, there is no need to use other parts, and the structure can be simplified accordingly, and the cost can be reduced by simplifying the structure.

The rotating shaft 7 is connected to the motor 10 shown in FIG. 1, and when the page 1111 that needs to be turned is conveyed to a predetermined position of the page turning mechanism, the rotating shaft 7 is connected to the motor 10 shown in FIG.
is detected by the motor 10. The page turning unit 9 directly turns over a desired page of the bankbook 1 by rotating when it comes into contact with the bankbook 1, and has a spring 8 whose end is attached to the rotating shaft 7.
It is attached to the other end and is made of rubber or the like with a high coefficient of friction so that the page can be turned reliably when it comes into contact with the passbook 1, for example. The spring 8 is made of a plate, and when the thickness of the passbook 1 changes due to a change in the number of pages, etc., the spring 8 is deformed by its own elastic force to absorb the change in thickness.

In addition, when the thickness of the passbook changes due to the difference in the number of pages opened on both sides of the passbook 1, the page turning unit 9 always applies approximately -like pressure to the turned page 1' of the passbook 1, regardless of the thickness.
Its outer circumferential surface is placed at an eccentric position with respect to the rotating shaft 7 so that it can act on the surface. Therefore, the outer peripheral surface of the page turning section 9 is selected at an appropriate position so that even if the thickness of the bankbook 1 changes, a uniform pressure can be applied to the turning page 1' of the bankbook 1.

If it is necessary to change the page to the bank@1 when printing the bankbook 1, when the bankbook 1 is conveyed to a predetermined position of the page changing mechanism, the sensor 11 detects the bankbook 1 and the motor 10 is driven. As a result, the page changing roller 6 rotates, and the page turning section 9 of the page changing roller 6 rotates in frictional contact with the turning page 1' of the bankbook 1, thereby turning the bankbook 1 as shown in FIG. When the page 1' is bent and the turned page 1' passes over the page changing roller 6 as shown by the broken line in the figure, the pair of drive rollers 3d transports the passbook 1 to the printing position side, and the turned page 1 is ′ is turned over and conveyed to the printing position.

When the page changing roller 6 of the page changing mechanism turns the pages of the bankbook 1, if the thickness of the bankbook 1 changes due to changes in the number of pages, etc., the page changing roller 6 rotates through the rotation shaft 7 via the spring 8 as described above. Since the turning section 9 is attached, the spring 8 deforms according to the thickness of the bankbook 1 due to its elastic force, and the page turning section 9 can follow the turning page 1' of the bankbook 1, so that the thickness of the bankbook 1 can be changed. Can absorb fluctuations. Therefore, even if the thickness of the passbook 111 changes, the variation is absorbed by the spring 8, so that the desired page of the passbook 1 can be turned over reliably. Moreover, since page turning can be realized only by rotating the page changing roller 6, the configuration can be simplified compared to the conventional example in which a suppressing pad or a bushing lever is used in addition to the page changing roller.

When the page turning part of the first page changing roller hits the bankbook when turning the pages of the bankbook with the page changing roller, the elastic member deforms according to the thickness of the bankbook due to its elastic force, so as to absorb the variation in the thickness. This makes it possible to reliably turn the desired page of a bankbook even if the thickness of the bankbook changes.Furthermore, page turning can be achieved by only rotating the single page changing roller, so other parts can be used. This becomes unnecessary and the configuration can be simplified accordingly, which has the effect of reducing costs.
