Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an effective warming more convenient by setting in the middle of the upper part of a foot-warmer frame a warm air-producing unit, which is comprised of an air-guide plate, a motor-driven fan, and infrared lamps all covered from under by a net, in such a manner as to put the infrared lamps substantially at right angles to a diagonal line of the foot-warmer frame. CONSTITUTION:To the top part of a foot-warmer frame 1 is attached a warm air- producing unit 7 with the bottom part of an air-guide plate 8 up, a heat-shielding board 6 interposed, and infrared lamps 14, 14a set substantially at right angles to a diagonal line of the foot-warmer frame 1. When power supply is turned on, a current makes the infrared lamps 14, 14a produce heat so that the heat warms up the user's feet directly and also heats a net 15 and the air-guide plate 8 by radiation. The supply of power also turns on an electric motor 11 and sets an axial fan 13 rotating so that the motor-driven fan 10 draws air through the net 15 and the axial fan 13 makes the air flow along the underside of the air-guide plate 8 and an inclined side 9 and thus circulate through radial dispersion inside the foot-warmer frame 1. The air thus circulating inside the foot-warmer frame 1 makes the air-guide plate 8 and the net 15 release the heat so as to effect a forced heating therein. A large effective space results for the heating and a user can enjoy an effective warming wherever the user sits.

[Conventional technology] Conventionally, kotatsu with a heat generating unit, especially an infrared lamp, mounted on the ceiling of the main body of the kotatsu have a protective net around the outer periphery of the infrared lamp to prevent the warmer from coming into contact with the heated infrared lamp. The infrared lamps are covered to prevent people getting burned by direct contact with the infrared lamps.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Even in the kotatsu constructed as described above, the protective mesh is heated to a high temperature, so if it comes into contact with it, there is a risk of burns. It is placed at a predetermined distance from the infrared lamp to prevent heating. As a result, the height of the heat generating unit increases, and the effective internal volume of the tower kotatsu body decreases accordingly, making it difficult for people to warm up, which is not desirable.

In addition, if the main body of the Yagura Kotatsu is rectangular in plan and the heat generating unit is suspended in the center, the person sitting in the position of the longitudinal fragrance of the Yagura Kotatsu body will move away from the heat generating unit, so that effective heating can be achieved. There was also the problem that it was not possible to obtain

[Means for Solving the Problems] The warm air kotatsu according to the present invention has a tower kotatsu main body that is rectangular in plan, and an electric blower is attached to the bottom surface of the center of the wind guide plate, and the electric blower is installed almost perpendicularly to the diagonal line of the wind guide plate. The electric blower is equipped with rod-shaped infrared lamps on both sides, and a hot air generation unit is formed by covering the lower surfaces of these wind guide plates, the electric blower, and the infrared lamps with a net-like body, and the central part of the lower surface of the ceiling of the main body of the tower kotatsu. A hot air generating unit is attached so that the infrared lamp is almost perpendicular to the diagonal line of the main body of the kotatsu.

[Function] When the power switch is turned on, the infrared lamp is energized and generates heat, which heats the mesh body and the wind guide plate and drives the electric blower to suck air through the mesh body. This air is dispersed radially along the wind guide plate and circulates within the main body of the Yagura Kotatsu. As a result, heat is radiated from the wind guide plate and the mesh body by the circulating air, and this heat radiation forcibly heats the inside of the Yagura Kotatsu main body.

Next, the present invention will be explained in detail. When the power switch is turned on, the infrared lamp 14.14a is energized and generates heat, which directly applies heat to the feet of the person positioned below the lamp, irradiates and heats the net 15, and further heats the wind guide plate 8. . On the other hand, by turning on the power switch, the electric motor 11 is driven to rotate the axial fan 13 attached thereto. As a result, the electric blower 10 sucks air through the mesh body 15, and this air is moved in the direction of the arrow by the axial fan 3.
That is, the air is distributed radially along the bottom surface of the wind guide plate 8 and the inclined surface 9, and circulates within the main body 1 of the tower kotatsu. At this time,
Heat is radiated from the wind guide plate 8 and the net-like body 15 by the air circulating inside the tower kotatsu main body 1, and this heat radiation forcibly heats the inside of the tower kotatsu main body 1.

As described above, according to the hot air kotatsu according to the present invention, the surface of the mesh body 15 radiates heat by the circulating air, so it is always maintained at a relatively low temperature without being heated more than necessary, and the hot air is not generated. The hot air released from Uni-Soto 7 forms an opposing side that releases high-temperature hot air (in the long side direction of the Yagura Kotatsu main body) and an opposite side that releases low-temperature hot air (also in the short side direction). The inside of the Gurakotatsu main body 1 is heated to approximately the same temperature.

Note that the vicinity of both ends of the infrared lamp 14.14a is difficult to receive the heat of the infrared lamp 14.14a itself, so the temperature in that vicinity becomes low, but it is affected by the heat of the other infrared lamp. A substantially uniform temperature can be obtained on the opposite side from which the low-temperature hot air is emitted. In addition, the ceiling of the tower kotatsu main body 1 not only radiates heat by air circulating through the wind guide plate 8, but also has a gap g between the heat shield plate 6 and the wind guide plate 8. It is always kept at about room temperature.

In the above explanation, the case is shown in which the wind guide plate 8 is formed into a substantially rectangular dish shape, but it may also be formed into a rectangular shape. A plurality of support pieces may be provided.
