The present invention relates to a cone-shaped closure capsule for filling small holes left in a concrete wall after the formwork has been removed. When constructing concrete buildings, formwork is supported from the inside and outside by separators and fasteners.
Although fixed, the cone-shaped member of the separator that contacts the mold surface from the inside is removed at the same time as the mold is removed, leaving a concave hole at this location. In order to fill these holes and make the wall smooth, it is possible to use cone-shaped plugs made of mortar, etc., to close the holes with wall finishing mortar at the same time as finishing the wall, or to fill the holes one by one with mortar. Methods such as occlusion are used. However, the method of closing the holes one by one using mortar has disadvantages such as easy staining of other parts of the wall surface and difficulty in obtaining a smooth wall surface. Conventionally, acrylic resin-based adhesives were used as adhesives, which took a long time to cure, and when they came in contact with rainwater or moisture while uncured, the resin swelled and caused the plug to float. In addition to this, even after curing, the plug retains rubber-like elasticity, and if the installation is incomplete, the plug may wobble and lack stability. Therefore, the present invention uses an acrylic resin emulsion developed with the aim of using an adhesive that takes as little time as possible to cure after installation and does not swell even when exposed to moisture after installation. The capsule is filled with an adhesive that strengthens the adhesive force of the plug, maintains its adhesion even when immersed in water after adhesion, and does not have drawbacks such as floating of the plug. The capsule is inserted into a hole in the wall while the tip of the plug is placed against the tip of the plug, and the pressure during insertion ruptures the capsule and fills the gap between the hole and the plug with adhesive. In this way, the two are bonded together and no gap is left between them, completely preventing water from seeping in from the wall surface. Therefore, by using the adhesive of the present invention, it is possible to exhibit waterproofing effects even in construction work such as underground walls. Capsules produced in this way are best used as soon as possible, but can be stored for a certain amount of time. The properties of this adhesive are shown in the following tables.

[Table] In addition, as shown in the previous table, the adhesive used in this invention remains gray, the same color as concrete, even after curing, so even if the adhesive leaches onto the wall, the wall Furthermore, the adhesive does not deteriorate even after an accelerated weather resistance test (624 hours using an ultraviolet irradiation weather meter), so there is no problem even when it is used on exterior walls exposed to wind and rain. Furthermore, as shown in Table 4, this adhesive has the advantage of being non-toxic and can be used at any construction site. Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. The concrete construction plug of the present invention has a thin synthetic resin capsule filled with an adhesive attached to the tip of the narrow diameter part of the plug body. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the present invention has an acrylic resin emulsion used as an adhesive sealed in a thin synthetic resin capsule 1, and the capsule 1 is integrally attached to the tip of the narrow diameter part of the plug body 5. is inserted into the concave hole 3 left in the wall 2 of the concrete structure. An end portion 4 of the separator remains protruding from the bottom of the recessed hole 3, and this end portion is adapted to be fitted into a recessed hole 6 bored from the tip of the narrow diameter portion of the plug body 5. . The capsule 1 hits the separator end 4 inside the concave hole 3 and is broken at this corner, and as the plug 5 is pushed in, the adhesive is pushed out from inside the capsule and remains between the concave hole 3 and the plug 5. It will fill the gap. In this way, as shown in FIG. 2, the adhesive 1' completely fills the space between the concave hole 3 and the plug 5, and the plug does not come off the wall surface. Infiltration of water will be completely prevented. Since the product of this invention is made by encapsulating fresh adhesive in a capsule immediately after manufacturing, it can achieve the same effect as making and applying new adhesive when attaching the plug, and has an adhesive effect. is also large. Moreover, it has the advantages of being easy to attach the stopper, being able to adhere completely, and being able to adhere uniformly, and has very large practical effects.
