It is said that it is preferable to use a heat equalizing plate made of metal foil throughout. However, when a voltage is applied to the heating wire, an induced voltage is generated in the metal foil due to electrostatic induction. When the contact area between the metal foil and the heating wire exceeds a certain level, the capacitance increases and the charge during discharge also increases, so if the waterproofness is incomplete, water may be touching the outer fabric. There were problems such as electric shock. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, in a heat-uniforming adhesive sheet 3 made by laminating an adhesive film 2 on both sides of a heat-uniforming plate 1 made of metal foil, a portion where there is no metal foil and only the adhesive film 2 is located at the end (hereinafter referred to as "hereinafter").

It is known that only the ears 4 are overlapped so that the parts do not overlap, and outer fabric and heat insulating material are overlapped on both sides of this heat-uniform adhesive sheet 3, and then bonded together by heat.

Since the heat soaking plate 1 is made of metal, there is almost no elongation, and due to the difference in elongation that occurs between the two, the ears 4 contract after the uniform adhesive sheet 3 is completed, as shown in FIG. This appears as dimensional changes such as y and wrinkles toward the ears 4. These dimensional changes and wrinkles can cause problems with appearance, variations in the fabrication of heater units, quality-related issues such as easily destroying waterproofness and insulation performance, and the need to use multiple heat-uniforming adhesive sheets. However, it also has the problem that it cannot be said to be efficient in terms of cost and workability.

A heat-uniforming adhesive sheet is formed by laminating a meltable adhesive film, and a flexible heating wire is adhered to at least one side of the heat-uniforming adhesive sheet, and the distance between the heating plates of the heat-uniforming adhesive sheet corresponds to the heating wire. The wiring pitch is within the range of , and the heat soaking plate and the adhesive film are aligned on both end surfaces.

。Function: With this configuration, the heat-uniforming plate is provided separately within the heat-uniforming adhesive sheet, so there is no need to prepare a plurality of heat-uniforming adhesive sheets, resulting in excellent cost and workability. In addition, since there is no need to provide ears on both sides of the heat-uniforming adhesive sheet, there is no dimensional change or wrinkles caused by shrinkage.
We can provide a planar heating device using a high-quality heater unit.

It is a heater unit. This heat-uniforming adhesive sheet 11 is located between the outer fabric 13 and the heat insulating material 14, and is bonded together by heat. In detail, the uniform temperature adhesive sheet 1
1 is a metal foil heat equalizing plate 15 divided into a plurality of parts, and this heat equalizing plate 1
A heat-melting adhesive film 16 is laminated with an adhesive I7 so as to integrate a plurality of heat-uniforming plates 15 from both sides of the heat-melting plate 5. In this case, the heat-uniforming plate 15 and the heat-melting adhesive film 16 are aligned at both end surfaces. The material of the heat equalizing plate 15 is aluminum foil, and the interval A between adjacent divided heat equalizing plates 15 is 2 to 20 mm, narrower than the wiring pitch B of one heating wire 12, and A<B. The heat-melting adhesive film 16 was made of polyethylene on one side of the heat soaking plate 15 and polyester on the other side. However, this material for both films is conceivable, such as olefin-based, ester-based, or olefin-based resins graft-polymerized with vinyl chloride.

5 can be divided into two parts, there is no need to provide ears without a heat equalizing plate on both end faces of the heat equalizing adhesive sheet 11, and the area of the metal foil can be reduced without having to use a plurality of heat equalizing adhesive sheets. This allows the capacitance to be reduced. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, shrinkage due to tension in the portion of the heat-uniforming adhesive sheet 11 where only the adhesive film 16 is present rarely occurs because the heat-uniforming plates 15 on both sides serve as the base material. ,
Therefore, there is an effect that a stable and high quality heater unit with high waterproofness and insulation properties can be obtained without causing any shrinkage or dimensional change. It should be noted that there is no problem in using a plurality of heat-uniforming adhesive sheets as needed; in this case, the adhesive sheets may be simply overlapped at their ends.
