本考案は輻射熱を乱反射するようにして熱効率
の良好な表面が光沢鏡面を呈する熱可塑性繊維布
(織物)と可撓性発泡プラスチツクシートとの積

(従来の技術)
ポリエチレンフオームとアルミ蒸着ポリエステ
ルフイルムとの積層物のように可撓性プラスチツ

よりなるマツトは本出願前より知られているが
(例えば実公昭52−35253号公報参照)これらは表
面が合成樹脂フイルムのため吸湿性がなく、また
接触音(特に擦つたときに生ずる軋み音をいう)
を発し、或は折りたたんだり曲げたりすると折れ
皺を生じる等の欠点があつた。また、軟質ウレタ
ンフオーム、ポリ塩化ビニールフオーム、ポリエ
チレンフオーム等の可撓性合成樹脂フオームの片
面又は両面に耐熱性の編織布を貼り合せたクツシ
ヨン材もあるが(例えば実公昭56−53727号公報
参照)熱反射の点については全く考慮されていな

状に熱成形してなる熱線反射マツトである。また

片面にのみ光沢鏡面を呈する熱可塑性繊維布(織
物)を貼り合せた場合には、その裏面に補強材と
してポリエチレンなどのプラスチツクフイルムや
割布などのプラスチツクネツト材繊維布や或はこ

しかして本考案においては使用する可撓性発泡

泡ポリエチレンシートが最も好ましい。また熱可
塑性繊維布は可撓性発泡プラスチツクの変形に追
従でき、かつ熱成形及びエンボス加工に耐え得る
ものであればいずれのものでもよく好ましくはス
フ、ナイロン、ポリエステル、アクリル、等の繊
維布素材がよく、特に好ましくはアクリル繊維布
の素材がよい。可撓性発泡プラスチツクシートと
熱可塑性繊維布との貼り合せは接着層を介しまた
は介することなく熱により貼着してもよく、或は
接着層のみによつて貼着してもよく、接着層に使
用する接着剤としては酢酸ビニル系、アクリル系
ポリビニルアルコール系等のエマルジヨン系接着
剤やポリウレタン、ポリエステル等の溶剤系接着
剤、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合系、ポリアシド系
ポリオレフイン系等のホツトメルト型接着剤アク
リル系、合成ゴム系等の感圧型接着剤等の何れの

ヤー用マツトや炬達敷の上に敷く敷物として使用

るためクツシヨン性にとみ、保温性及び蓄熱性を
有すると共に、その表面が凹凸状の光沢鏡面を呈
するので輻射熱を乱反射するため、特に炬達敷の
上に敷くと暖房効果を上げるので節電になり、ま
た海辺での日焼け用レジヤーマツトとしても効果
