(Prior Art) Mats made of laminates of flexible plastic sheets and metal-deposited synthetic resin films, such as laminates of polyethylene foam and aluminum-deposited polyester films, have been known since before the present application (for example, they have not been put into practical use). (Refer to Publication No. 52-35253) Since the surface of these is a synthetic resin film, there is no moisture absorption, and contact noise (especially the squeak that occurs when rubbed)
They also had drawbacks such as causing wrinkles when folded or bent. Additionally, there are cushion materials in which a heat-resistant textile fabric is attached to one or both sides of a flexible synthetic resin foam such as soft urethane foam, polyvinyl chloride foam, or polyethylene foam (for example, see Utility Model Publication No. 56-53727). ) No consideration was given to heat reflection.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) This invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, improves moisture absorption, prevents squeaks during contact and creases due to use, has a good texture, and has good thermal efficiency due to diffused reflection of heat rays. To provide heat ray reflective mats.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention is a thermoplastic fiber cloth (woven fabric) whose surface exhibits a glossy mirror surface by metal vapor deposition or metal transfer, with or without an adhesive layer on one or both sides of a flexible plastic sheet. ) are bonded together and at least one of the surfaces is thermoformed into an uneven shape using a mold or an embossing roll. In addition, in the present invention, when a thermoplastic fiber cloth (woven fabric) exhibiting a glossy mirror surface is attached to only one side of the flexible foamed plastic sheet, a plastic film such as polyethylene or a plastic such as split cloth is attached to the back side as a reinforcing material. It is desirable to bond a net material, fiber cloth, or a composite material thereof.

Therefore, the flexible foamed plastic sheet used in the present invention may be any material that can be thermoformed or heat embossed, preferably foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene, flexible urethane foam, foamed polyvinyl chloride, etc. Most preferred is a foamed polyethylene sheet. Further, the thermoplastic fiber cloth may be any material as long as it can follow the deformation of the flexible foam plastic and can withstand thermoforming and embossing, and is preferably a fiber cloth material such as cloth, nylon, polyester, or acrylic. The material is preferably acrylic fiber cloth. The flexible foamed plastic sheet and the thermoplastic fiber cloth may be bonded by heat with or without an adhesive layer, or may be bonded only by the adhesive layer. Adhesives used include emulsion adhesives such as vinyl acetate, acrylic, and polyvinyl alcohol, solvent-based adhesives such as polyurethane and polyester, and hot-melt adhesives such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyacid, and polyolefin. Any adhesive such as pressure-sensitive adhesives such as acrylic adhesives and synthetic rubber adhesives may be used.

In FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the surface 1 is thermoformed or embossed, the uneven surface 2 is a vapor-deposited metal or a transfer metal layer 3 is a fiber cloth 4, the adhesive layer 5 is a flexible foamed plastic sheet 6. The reinforcing material 7 shows each of the molded uneven surfaces of the reinforcing material. In the present invention, composite materials 3 and 6 coated with polyethylene extrusion or dry laminated with polyethylene may be flame laminated, or may be bonded together by frame lamination without an adhesive layer. Therefore, the heat ray reflective mat of the present invention has the same uses as ordinary mats, and can also be used as a mat for sunbathing and as a rug to be spread on a mattress pad, especially at the seaside.

(Effects) The surface of the heat-reflecting mat of the present invention is made of fiber cloth material, which has good moisture absorption properties and prevents squeaks caused by friction during contact, prevents creases, and is flexible as a core material. Because it uses polyester foamed plastic, it has good cushioning properties, and has heat retention and heat storage properties. The surface has a glossy, uneven surface that reflects radiant heat diffusely, so it has a heating effect, especially when placed on a rug. It can be raised to save electricity and can also be used as a tanning mat at the seaside.
