合がロツクされた状態で押下げられて砥石カバー
の蓋46が閉止可能な状態となる。次いで研削液
ノズル29の吐出口29aも手動で押し込まれ砥
石との隙間が調節され旋回つまみ39Bが時計方
向に回され左ねじ7cにかけ外しナツト38Bが
螺合され、安全ピン41Bが押し込まれて螺合が
ロツクされ、砥石カバーの蓋46が閉じられて砥
石交換がすべて完了する。

溝の切欠きを設けて、ナツトのねじ軸と直角な軸
の旋回でねじ山のかけ外しを行うようになしたの
で、砥石交換時の急速移動が簡単に行えるように
なり砥石交換作業時間が大巾に短縮される利点を
有し、特にいろいろな形状の工作物に対応して砥
石交換頻度の高いNC研削盤においては素早い段
取換えが可能となり能率向上に大きな効果を有す
る。
