(発明か解決しようとする課題)
しかしながら、従来の座金付ボルトにあっては、座金か
軸部の頭部とネジ部の間て自由に移動し得るため、組立
性か悪く、ボルト本体の不完全ネジ部に座金か入り込ん
てこの部分を傷伺けるという問題かあった。又、特に自
動組立ラインにおいて斯かるボルトかパーツフィーター
によって供給される場合、パーツフィーターにおいては
ホルトの重量計測によって該ボルトの方向を判定し、重
い側か頭部であると判断するため、座金が軸部を自由に
移動し得ると、この判定か狂うことかある。尚、座金の
移動を規制する方法として、ボルト本体の軸部の根元近
くに突部を形成し、この突部に座金を圧入通過させるこ
とによって該座金を軸部に回動可能に保持するものか既
に提案されている(実公昭48−20821号公報参照
)か、この方法によれは座金内周部に機械加工か必要で
ある他、座金を突部に圧入通過させる作業か必要である
