チツプ、 第２の色を発光する発光面を有する第２のチツ
プ、 を備えた多色発光ダイオードにおいて、 第１のチツプと第２のチツプを導体上に近接さ
せて配置し、第２のチツプから第１のチツプへ向
う方向に光を取り出すよう反射壁を設けたことを
特徴とする多色発光ダイオード。 (2) 請求項１の多色発光ダイオードにおいて、 第１のチツプは緑色を発光し、 第２のチツプは赤色を発光するものであること
を特徴とするもの。
