For example, hair cosmetics containing silicone oil have a very high effect of imparting lubricity to the hair, but on the other hand, they lack the effect of imparting a moist feeling.
Moreover, it is difficult to apply it uniformly to the hair. Also,
Hair cosmetics that use silicone oil in combination with other oils are
Although it has an excellent smoothing effect, it lacks a residual feeling after rinsing. That is, with conventional techniques, it is difficult to obtain a hair cosmetic that provides a good feel in all processes of treatment with a hair cosmetic, such as the feeling of use, the feeling during and after rinsing, and the feeling of finished hair. Therefore, from this current situation, there is a need for a hair cosmetic that has a rich feeling of use, an appropriate residual feeling, a light and firm feeling on the hair, and a smooth finish that satisfies the users. desired.

As a result of extensive research with the aim of obtaining a hair cosmetic that is excellent in the effect of imparting a smooth, moist, and silky finish without causing dryness or catching, we have found that Silicone, a hydrocarbon and/or ester having a specific inorganic value/organic value, and a water-soluble polymer compound are used together, and more preferably, a specific phosphate ester represented by the following formula (2) or a salt thereof is added. The present inventors have discovered that by doing so, a hair cosmetic having all of the above effects can be obtained and the above objects can be achieved, and the present invention has been completed.

It is described in detail in Kazama Shobo (1970) and other publications. In other words, organic compounds have two factors: "organic" due to hydrocarbons formed by a chain of covalent bonds between carbon chains, and "inorganic" due to the influence of electrostatic properties present in substituents (functional groups).・
By focusing on the fact that it is made up of children, quantifying their "organic" and "inorganic" properties, and making them coordinates on an orthogonal axis with the organic value on the horizontal axis and the inorganic value on the vertical axis. , which identifies individual organic compounds.

た。As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the hair cosmetic containing oil together with a cationic surfactant and a higher alcohol (Comparative Example 2) has the effect of imparting a moist finish, but lacks smoothness. Hair cosmetics containing dimethyl silicone (Comparative Examples 3 to 6) have the effect of imparting smoothness and smoothness to hair, but are inferior in terms of moist feel and lack of dryness. Furthermore, when a phosphoric acid ester was used in combination to solve these drawbacks (Comparative Examples 7 to 9), deterioration in sliminess and lumpiness was observed during use. On the other hand, the hair cosmetic according to the present invention, which uses a combination of silicone, hydrocarbon, ester, and water-soluble polymer compound (Example 1), is excellent in all effects, and when a phosphate ester is further added (Example 2)
), it was confirmed that better effects could be obtained.
