Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an air filter free from clogging and restricting any increased resistance of aeration by a method wherein a corrugated plate member in the air filter having some holes formed of piled-up layers of the corrugated plate member applied as an aeration passage is formed by an electrically charged member. CONSTITUTION:An electrical charging filter 17 is made such that a flat plate member and a corrugated plate member are adhered to each other. Some small holes are formed at a front surface and a rear surface.
