- 非磁性材料から成り、円筒形のプランジヤ室を
備えるボデイ、このプランジヤ室の底面から外部
へ連通し、プランジヤ室の中心軸線と軸線を共有
する第１の管路、前記プランジヤ室へ、前記底面
の反対の側から挿入され、プランジヤ室の開口端
を閉じる、磁性材料から成る主コア、この主コア
に設けられた、前記プランジヤ室の中心軸線と軸
線を共有し、プランジヤ室と外部とを連通する第
２の管路、前記主コアの周りに巻回されたコイル
を備え、前記プランジヤ室の中に磁性材料からな
るだいたい円柱形のプランジヤが収容されており
、このプランジヤは、前記第１の管路の内端に設
けられた弁シートと前記第２の管路の内端との間
を移動可能な長さとプランジヤの外周とプランジ
ヤ室の内壁面との間を制御される流体の流れるこ
との可能な直径を持ち、さらに前記外周にバネ受
け段が形成されており、前記主コアの内端に前記
バネ受け段に対応するバネ受け段が形成され、こ
