ったりする。そこで、燃焼炉の温度を、通常の900℃
前後から680℃程度の低温にして試料を徐々に気化さ
せるが、この場合には測定ピークが分かれる場合がある
。ところが、従来の装置では、測定ピークの傾きがある
一定値以下になると、その時点をピーク終了時として検
出し、ピーク面積の計算を自動的に行うため、このよう
にピークが分かれなり、ピークが段のある形状になった
りする場合には、1つ目のピークが終った時点を測定の
終了時点と誤判断してしまい、正確な測定ができないと
いう問題点があった。
本発明は、このような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであ
り、ごその目的とするところは、低温下での測定が正確
に行え、即ち、多量の試料でもって精度の高い測定を実

ターを続けることにより、新たなピークの立ち上がりや
大きな負の傾きの有無を確認し、真のピークエンドP2
