の背面に下方へ折畳み可能な掛吊用口を有するネ
クタイ掛吊片を設け、又表シート及び裏シートの
上下方向の略中間部における左右側に、それぞれ
係止用部を有する掛止用突片を、これが重合状態
において折畳み可能に設け、更に各掛止用突片の
折畳み状態において、前記の掛止用部に、両端を
結着すると共に該結着部に装飾片を取付けた伸縮
性紐を、前記係止用部に掛着して成ることを特徴
