A palletizer used as the final step of packaging work is usually equipped with a pool conveyor in its conveyance line for waiting boxes before loading the boxes of boxed products onto the pallet. However, this requires a vast floor space, and it is extremely difficult to introduce a palletizer to the work floor. Furthermore, even if the pool conveyor is short, it requires space equivalent to 1.5 to 2 layers of the box (6 to 8 m), and in an integrated line directly connected to the caser in the previous process, an inclined conveyor or pertilator is required. .

Next, when the transfer means 6 is raised to a predetermined loading height of the pallet 29 by the lifting mechanism 7, the chain 20 is driven again and the stopper 24
is also moved toward the pallet 29 by an air cylinder. At this time, the chain 15 of the above-mentioned standby means 5 is driven in reverse, and the roller 18 is returned to its original position on the upper surface of the standby means 5. Although the stopper 24 is stopped in the transfer means 6 which loads the collection boxes 2a transferred onto the pallet 29, the chain 20 continues to be driven. As a result, the movement of the collection box 2a in the moving direction is blocked, but the rollers under the collection box 2a move sequentially, and when all the rollers have passed, the collection box 2a is automatically placed on top of the preceding loading box 2b. be done. This situation is shown in FIG. Such a procedure is repeated one after another until the collecting box 2a becomes the pallet 2.
The pallets 29 are automatically stacked in multiple layers on the palletizer 9, and after a predetermined amount of pallets have been loaded, the pallets 29 are carried out from the palletizer main body 1.

As explained above, in the present invention, the interval between the pair of left and right first endless chains 15, 15 of the standby means 5 is widened, and the pair of left and right second endless chains of the transfer means 6 are widened in plan view. By setting the dimensions such that the chains 20, 20 can fit in, the transfer means 6 is provided overlappingly above the standby means 5, and when the roller 18 moves forward in the direction of the arrow 26 in FIG. Following the rollers 18, the rollers 23 can move forward on the lower side of the transfer means 6 in the same plane, and the collection box bodies 2a waiting on the rollers 18 on the upper side of the waiting means 5 are simply held by the stoppers 24. By simply doing so, the collecting box body 2a can be transferred onto the roller 23 which circulates to the lower side of the transfer means 6 by driving both endless chains 15 and 20. Therefore, the collection boxes 2a for one layer suitable for stacking on the pallet 29 of the loading means 8 are gathered into a rectangular plane or the like suitable for stacking, and the upper roller 1 of the waiting means 5 is placed.
8 by the pushing means 4,
When the transfer means 6 is lowered and the upper side of the standby means 5 and the lower side of the transfer means 6 are aligned in the same plane, the endless chains 15 and 20 of the standby means 5 and the transfer means 6 are driven to move the collecting box. The roller 18 on the lower side of the body 2a is replaced by the roller 23, and the collecting box body 2a
automatically moves onto the roller 23 on the lower side of the transport means 6. Next, the transfer means 6 is appropriately raised within the palletizer main body 1 by the lifting mechanism 7, and then the endless chain 2
0 lower side and stopper 24 in front (left side of Figure 1)
By then, pallet 29
The next collecting box 2a is supplied slightly above the collecting box stacked above, and the collecting box 2a is stopped there by the stopper 24, and the lower side of the endless chain 20 is continuously driven forward to complete the collecting box. The roller 23 advances and retreats from the lower side of the collecting box 2a.
is automatically placed on the collecting box on the pallet 29. In this way, the endless chain 1 of the standby means 5
By selecting the left-right spacing of 5 and the left-right spacing of the endless chain 20 of the transfer means 6, the rollers 18 and 23 are driven forward in the same plane without interference, and the lower side of the collection box 2a held by the stopper 24 is The roller can be smoothly switched from roller 18 to roller 23. Further, the transfer means 6 can be freely raised and lowered by a lifting mechanism 7 in the palletizer main body 1, and the pallet 2 is placed in front of the standby means 5.
9. Since the loading means 8 consisting of the loading platform 35 etc. is arranged, the loading means 8 can be incorporated into the palletizer main body 1 and the collecting boxes 2a can be efficiently loaded on the pallet 29 within a narrow space. There are advantages. Also, since the stopper 24 is provided, the transfer means 6
After receiving the collecting box 2a on the roller 23 at the lower side, the contact state between the collecting box 2a and the roller 23 does not change until it moves forward and reaches the upper part of the pallet 29. Collection box 2
There is no fear that the boxes 2 will move or disperse, and can be fed onto the pallet 29 in the same form as when they were waiting on the upper roller 18 of the waiting means 5, and the boxes 2 can be placed on the pallet 29 without any gaps. It can be packed compactly and stacked accurately. Furthermore, in the present invention, the two chain foils 21 at the front and rear of the transfer means 6, the endless chain 20 stretched between them, etc., together with the left and right plates 19, form a chain 33.
The rollers 18 of the standby means 5 and the pallets 29 of the loading means 8 are placed in the interval between the left and right endless chains 20, 20 in the palletizer main body 1.
By arranging the collecting boxes 2a in front and behind each other, the loading work of the collecting box bodies 2a can be carried out efficiently within the palletizer main body 1. Furthermore, in the present invention, since the standby means 5 and the transfer means 6 are provided, each of which includes an endless chain 15 inside the palletizer body and a series of rollers 18 attached to a part of the endless chain 15, there is no need to keep the box body on standby outside the palletizer. This not only eliminates the need for a pool conveyor, but also enables miniaturization and efficient loading operations.
