Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an automobile tire superior in tire uniformity, by a method wherein a laminated member having a specific thickness is stuck to a cylindrical mold and joint end parts of the laminated member are joined to each other by joining pressure falling within a specific range by butting them with each other. CONSTITUTION:A textile ply 1 and inner linear 2 are laminated together beforehand, then a laminated member 3 is stuck to a cylindrical mold and joining end parts are joined to each other by butting them with each other by making use of a zipper 4 and molded. [課題を解決するための手段] ところでスチールブライ構造のトラック・バス用ラジア

起したり、接合部の剥離を起すため、従来より、スチー
ルブライの端部同士を突合わせて接合する方法を採用し
ている。。

ドのしわ等を起す原因となり、好ましくない。従来、テ
キスタイルブライの場合にこの種の方法が好適な方法と
して提供されていないのはかかる原因に基づく。

も未だ部材が薄く剛性が低いことから接合付近にしわが
入る。6.0■を越えると、突き合わせする端部接合面
の厚み方向の中心部には接合圧力がかかりにくくなるた
め、接合部は密着不七分となり、加硫工程等におけるシ
ェービング時にテキスタイルプライが伸長され、接合部
のはがれが生じる。また接合端部同士を、0 、 2 
kg / cdより少ない接合圧力で突き合わせて接合
した場合でも密着不十分となるため、加硫工程等におけ
るシェービング時にテキスタイルブライが伸長され、接
合部のはがれが生じる。5.0kg / eJを越えて
突合わせて接合した場合では、突き合わせた密着部分に
しわが起こり、テキスタイルブライのエンド散乱れを起
すためタイヤユニフォミティ−が悪化する。

合せ部材3を円筒型に貼り付け、その接合端部同士を第
4図及び第5図に示すごとくジッパ−4を使用し突合わ
せて接合し成型した。

ジアルタイヤ、テキスタイルブライはエンド数25本/
 25.4 raでポリエステル繊維の1500デニー
ル×2本撚りコードを使用している。

本実施例と同条件で成型してみた。第1表はその結果も

範囲とすることによってはじめてタイヤユニフォミティ
−の改善が図られることが確認できる。
