The lifting assembly 532 is driven by the material delivery driving source 531 to reciprocate close to or away from the drum 300, so as to drive the material delivery plate 533 to reciprocate close to or away from the drum 300. The second cutter assembly 55 according to the present invention is disposed on the first transfer member 52 downstream of the transfer plate 533 in the transfer direction of the rubber belt. After the material receiving is finished, the material delivery plate 533 is driven by the lifting assembly 532 to ascend by a certain height (not shown), and the material delivery plate 533 is driven by the material delivery driving source 531 to move so that the material delivery plate 533 moves toward the lower plate 5532, at this time, the material delivery plate 533 is in a material feeding state, as shown in fig. 8.
After the material receiving is finished, the material delivery plate 533 is driven by the lifting assembly 532 to move upward by a certain height (not shown), and then the material delivery plate 533 and the pressing roller 554 are still in a mutually pressed state, and the rubber belt 200 passes through between the pressing roller 554 and the material delivery plate 533 for feeding, so as to further avoid the rubber belt from being folded in the process of delivery.
According to the invention, by arranging the material delivery assembly 53, the feeding end of the material delivery plate 533 at the material receiving position is close to one side of the smooth scraper 534, and the discharging end is close to one side of the first cutter assembly 54, so that the rubber belt 200 can be prevented from passing through the notch 5221 in the delivery process, and further the rubber belt 200 is prevented from being bent and folded due to resistance. In the process that the material delivery plate 533 is transferred from the material receiving position to the material feeding position, the lifting assembly 532 firstly enables the rubber belt to be in a lifting state, and the material delivery driving source 531 drives the material delivery plate 533 to move towards the material feeding position, so that the rubber belt 200 can be transferred more smoothly, and transition friction and scraping between the rubber belt 200 and the bottom plate 522 are avoided.
The smoothing scraper 534 of the present invention is disposed on the lifting block 5322 of the lifting assembly 532 through a pivot shaft, and the smoothing scraper 534 is further extended upward above the pivot shaft. The material delivering component 53 is further provided with a bracket 535, the bracket 535 is provided with a screw cylinder 536, and the driving end of the screw cylinder 536 abuts against the position of the smooth scraper 534 protruding above the pivot shaft during operation, so as to ensure that the lower end of the smooth scraper 534 and the material delivering plate 533 have a certain height, thereby scraping the rubber belt 200 in the delivering process.
