Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable decorative pavement without any crack by temporarily clamping a joint filler with a stop pin along a form work of a desired shape, and laying a second paving material with the form work removed after laying a first paving material having a desired color on the outer side of the joint filler. CONSTITUTION:A form work 6 composed of a foaming styrene material is placed on the upper surface of asphalt concrete 4 laid on the ground 5. And a joint filler 3 composed of polypropyline is temporarily clamped along the outer periphery surface 6A of the form work 6 with a stop pin 7. Moreover a first paving material 1 is laid on the outer side of the frame work. An aggregate 1B composed of ceramic is mixed into a binder 1A with adhesive and a hardening agent mixed in the material 1, and a desired color is applied. Then the form work is removed and a second paving material is laid after that. This enables decorative pavement of a fine design including many curves with any crack prevented.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, as a product of this kind, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-147705 discloses a method of applying a colored sealing material to the entire pavement made of open-grained asphalt concrete such as sidewalks and parking lots by full-penetration or semi-penetration construction. A slotted hole is formed in the filled M surface using a cutter along a block style or a line diagram or pattern consisting of a desired straight line or curve, and a colored filler with a color different in shade from the pigment used in the colored sealing material is used. An i*i structure for paved surfaces such as sidewalks has been proposed in which the grooves are filled with

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the above-mentioned prior art, a slot is formed with a cutter and the slot is filled with a colored filler, so it is difficult to cut a rough pattern with a relatively large number of straight parts. However, it was not possible to form detailed designs with relatively many curves. Furthermore, when cutting with a cutter, a lot of cutting dust is generated, and the adhesion of this cutting dust causes problems such as staining of the paved surface.

A joint material 3 having a rectangular cross section is attached along the outer peripheral surface 6Ak of the formwork 6 placed on the open-grained asphalt concrete 4, and a stopper 7 is attached to the mold from the outer peripheral surface 3A of this joint material 3. It is inserted into the frame 6 and the form 6 is temporarily fixed. The joint material 3 is made of polypropylene, etc., and is non-adhesive and highly flexible, and has elasticity even at -20°C. For example, the joint material 3 is block-shaped with a width of about 3 to 511 mm. The flexibility can be doubled by adding a rubber component.

Crushed stone, decorative gravel, natural five-colored stone, crushed colored ceramics, cement, asphalt, or rubber chives are used. The ceramic aggregate is made by adding specified moisture and pigment of desired color to white porcelain with 100% organic purity, stirring, mixing, and granulating in a fully automatic granulator, followed by slow drying and reduction firing. It is molded by high-temperature firing. In addition, 1250℃

As described above, the joint material 3 is temporarily fixed with the fixing pin 7 along the formwork 6 that has been formed in a desired shape in advance, and the first paving material 1 is laid outside the temporarily fixed joint material 3. By removing the formwork 6 and then laying the second paving material 2 in place of the formwork 6, even a pattern with relatively many curves can be laid accurately. In addition, by using polypropylene as the joint material 3, it has excellent flexibility and cold resistance. Cracks in the second paving material 1.2 can be prevented, and since the polypropylene joint material 3 can be easily colored with pigments, various color combinations are possible. In addition, in order to make the work of driving the stopper pins 7 smoother and more reliable during work on the formwork 6, pinholes 3C are provided at predetermined intervals, for example, 10 cm, during the production process of the joint material 3. The workability of the bin 7 can be improved.
