Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筒状主体金具と、 該主体金具に嵌め込まれると共に、先端側が径
小、後端側が径大に形成された軸孔を有する筒状
絶縁体と、 該軸孔内の先端側に嵌め込まれ、先端が絶縁体
の先端面から突出されると共に、該突出部が鍔状
に径大化されて絶縁体の先端面に当接されている
軸状の中心電極と、 前記軸孔内の後端側に嵌め込まれ、後端が絶縁
体の後端面から突出されると共に、突出部が端子
となつている中軸とからなる鍔付中心電極を有す
るスパークプラグにおいて、 鍔付中心電極は、前記軸孔の径大部に突出する
後端部が、複数個の切込部分で圧迫屈曲されて、
軸孔の径小と径大の境を成す環状面に嵌合し、 鍔付中心電極が屈曲された後端部付近の絶縁体
の軸孔内に導電性ガラスシール材を充填して、中
心電極を絶縁体に固着するとともに軸孔を封着し
てなることを特徴とする鍔付中心電極を有するス
パークプラグ。
