A holding mechanism for a high-voltage electronic component incorporated in an electronic equipment device includes the high-voltage electronic component, a case to which the high-voltage electronic component is attached, a chassis to which the case is attached, and electrode portions at both ends of the high-voltage electronic component. In contrast, there is a coil having a conical spiral spring at both ends that are in contact with each other with a constant surface pressure, a disk-shaped coil fixing fitting that fixes the spiral spring at one end of the coil, and a spiral coil at the other end of the coil. A holding mechanism for a high-voltage electronic component, comprising a holder that fixes a spring and also fixes the above-mentioned fixing metal fitting.
