Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a device by providing a pressure fitting snap equipped with a pressure fitting part bearing part and separating part on the lowermost part of the part magazine which stores the pressure fitting parts with their superposing and making the pressure fitting snap linearly movable between a receiving position and press-fitting position. CONSTITUTION:A pressure fitting part P which is directional is arranged by being superposed in plural pieces in a part magazine 10 and the part P is fed into the magazine 10 from the feeding tube 15 of the upper step. At the lowest end of the magazine 10 a pressure fitting snap 20 equipped with a bearing part 21 and separating part 23 is provided, fitted to the rod tip of a pressure fitting cylinder 25 and moved linearly between the press-fitting position 7 onto a work 5 and the receiving position from the magazine 10. The pressure fitting part P is press-fitted to the work 5 and when the bearing part 21 becoming empty of the snap 20 is returned to the magazine 10 lower end, the part P is pushed by a pushing mechanism 30 and the part P of the lowest part is burne to the bearing part 21 of the snap 20. This is repeated and the part P is press-fitted to the work one by one as holding the directional.

As the cylinder 55 moves forward, the lowest press-fitted part P1
Only the press-fitted part P2 is sent downward from the delivery hole 53 of the shutter 52, and the next press-fitted part P2 is pressed by the advanced holding pin 54 to hold that position. Then, as the cylinder 55 retreats, the shutter 52 closes the component passage 51, and the press-fitted component P, which had been pressed against the presser bin 54, descends and reaches above the shutter 52, and is newly located at the lowest position. Further, the press-fit snap 60 has a receiving part 61 for the press-fit part P at the tip, and has a hinge mechanism 65 and a rotary cylinder 66.
It is arranged to rotate between a vertical position and a horizontal position. When the press-fit snap 60 is in the vertical position, the press-fit part PI sent out from the single-component separation mechanism 50 is received in the receiving part 61, and when it is in the horizontal position,
The press-fitting part P1 is press-fitted into the press-fitting part 6 of the workpiece 5 by the forward movement of the press-fitting cylinder 68.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> However, in a press-fitting device having such a configuration, the parts 1
Since the individual separation mechanism 50 and the press-fit snap 60 are configured independently, and the press-fit snap 60 is configured to rotate between the receiving position of the press-fit part P and the press-fit position by the hinge mechanism 65. However, there was a problem that the structure became complicated and the device became expensive.

In addition, since the press-fit snap 60 rotates each time the press-fit process is performed, wear of the hinge mechanism is unavoidable, and the vertical and horizontal positions of the press-fit snap 60 tend to become distorted over time. Therefore, there are problems in that the press-fit part P is not properly received into the receiving portion 61, and the press-fit part P is deformed during press-fitting.

Furthermore, since the single-part removal mechanism 50 is fed and moved by the sliding movement of the shutter 52 and the presser pin 54, the movement of the press-fit part P is easily affected by dust, etc., and the press-fit part P may become clogged. There was a problem that smooth transmission could not be performed.

The receiving part 21 is formed in a U-shaped groove shape that can receive the large diameter part of the press-fitted part P, and the depth d from the surface of the separating part 23 is as follows.
It is formed to be slightly smaller in diameter than the large diameter portion of the press-fit part P. Moreover, the groove section 1 from the pressing surface 21a to the tip is as follows:
The length is slightly smaller than the length of the large diameter part. Therefore, when the press-fit part P is received in the receiving part 21, the uppermost surface of the outer periphery of the press-fit part P is slightly higher than the separation part 23 surface. It protrudes more slightly, and the press-fit end Pa protrudes forward and is received. This press-fit snap 20 has a rod that is prevented from rotating in the circumferential direction, and is attached to the rod tip of a press-fit cylinder 25 arranged horizontally.

Due to this suspended state of the press-fit part P7, the press-fit part P is no longer at the height position of the presence/absence confirmation sensor 33, and the presence/absence confirmation sensor 33 outputs a descending signal. As a result, the cylinder 31 of the pushing mechanism 30 is actuated, and the pushing head 32 is lowered to push the axis of the press-fitted part P7 downward in a substantially horizontal state. Therefore, the press-fitted part P1 moves to the height position of the presence/absence confirmation sensor 33, and the top surface of its outer periphery is at the supply port 12.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, the press-fitting device of the present invention includes a parts magazine that stores a plurality of press-fitted parts fed in alignment in a stacked manner with their axes parallel to each other, and has a delivery port at the bottom; It includes a receiving part that receives the lowest stacked press-fit part and a separation part that separates the lowest press-fit part from other press-fit parts, and a receiving position that receives the press-fit part and a press-fit position that press-fits it into the workpiece. The configuration includes a press-fit snap that can be moved linearly back and forth between By the linear movement of the snap, only one press-fitting part can be separated and moved to the press-fitting position for press-fitting, thereby simplifying the single-component separation mechanism and the drive mechanism of the press-fitting snap. Further, unlike the conventional example, a hinge mechanism for rotating the press-fit snap is not required, and the device can be constructed simply and at low cost.

In addition, since there is no hinge mechanism that rotates frequently, there is less chance of misalignment of the operating axis of the press-fit snap, increasing the durability of the device, and preventing the press-fit part from being poorly received in the receiving part and deforming the press-fit part during press-fit. It is possible to prevent inconveniences such as

Furthermore, since the press-fit parts are stacked with their axes horizontal and lowered one by one, inconveniences such as the orientation of the press-fit parts being reversed when moving into the parts magazine and into the receiving part are prevented. As described above, the press-fitting device of the present invention allows press-fitting parts to be smoothly fed out while maintaining proper directionality. The press-fitting device of the present invention stores an appropriate amount of press-fitted parts having directionality in the parts magazine, and allows the press-fitted parts to be delivered smoothly from the parts feeder. This has the effect of buffering variations in the feeding of press-fit parts and allowing the press-fit parts to be press-fitted smoothly and accurately. In addition, the parts fed by the roller conveyor are extruded by a cylinder and sent to the next process. The processing equipment constructed as follows was
Although disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 23745, such a configuration cannot be applied to processing parts with directionality.
