PURPOSE:To prevent duplicate control without control right exchange procedure for a fault of a control station or between control stations by keeping subsequent control station information being information of a control station to receive the control into a station to be controlled. ときの制御局以外の制御を排他するようにしたことを特
徴とする制御排他方式が得られる。
