PURPOSE:To omit the replacement of a memory part and to attain single touch operation, by preparing the memory part corresponding to a slave unit, storing the same program of the slave unit in the memory part and connecting the memory part to an internal bus so as to be interlocked with an alteration switch. CONSTITUTION:The same programs are stored in the memory parts B1-Bn in accordance with the slave units S1-Sn. An internal switch G connects the memory parts B1-Bn with the internal bus H and is interlocked with alteration switches SW1-SWn to execute the same information processing as the slave units. Accordingly at the failure of the slave units S1-Sn, a transmission line from a plate to be controlled at the time of maintenance and inspection is switched by turning the alteration switches SW1-SWn, so that the same programs B1-Bn are connected to the internal bus H automatically and backup operation is performed without trouble.
