Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a deodorizing effect by a method wherein a deodorant is prepared by a mixture of a tea leaf essence produced by acting cellulose and pectin hydrolyzing enzyme and tea leaf powder. CONSTITUTION:A deodorant is prepared by a mixture of a tea leaf essence produced by acting cellulose and pectin hydrolyzing enzyme on the tea leaf of green tea and tea leaf powder. The produces deodorant generates an aroma peculiar to toasted tea during fumigation and is prevented from generating smoke, resulting in the possibility to deodorize a smell without decontaminating air in a room.

Tea has traditionally been said to have a deodorizing effect, and natural deodorants made from tea leaf extracts are commercially available, but these do not require water or alcoholic solutions of tea leaf extracts to be added to food products, such as chewing gum and ham. It was mixed with cosmetics, such as conditioners, shampoos, etc., sprayed on household items such as refrigerators, trash cans, etc., and sprayed on geriatric medical products, wet towels, etc.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since the deodorizing effect of the above-mentioned deodorants was not perfect, the present invention provides a deodorant that is synthesized from natural products, is harmless to humans and animals, and has a complete deodorizing effect. The goal is to provide the following.

Tea is a familiar plant from the Camellia family. The types of tea include fermented tea and non-fermented tea, but the ingredients of non-fermented tea (green tea) unique to Japan include amino acids, carbohydrates, fiber, pectin, chlorophyll, vitamins, caffeine, and tannic acid. In the present invention, chlorophyll among the above-mentioned tea leaf components was previously said to have a deodorizing effect, so we made a 1% aqueous solution of chlorophyll copper salt and conducted an experiment in which 100 cc of it was sprayed in a geriatric ward with 6 beds, but it was not found to be very effective. I couldn't.

Therefore, in the present invention, we conducted the same deodorizing experiment as described above using tea leaf extract obtained by the action of cellulose-degrading enzyme and pectin-degrading enzyme, but although it had a deodorizing effect, it was weak and we believe that it has no value as a deodorant. I was disappointed.

Next, dry yeast (Saccharomyces, cerevisiae) was applied to the above tea confectionery extract, fermented at 37°C to decompose the sugar, and the resulting liquid was fumigated. The water evaporated and the smoke smelled like cheese, leaving a burnt interior inside the room. However, the odor remained and the deodorizing effect was weak.

From the above facts, it has been inferred that carbohydrates in tea leaf components play an important role in deodorization, and in particular, glycosides of carbohydrates and fibers have a great effect on deodorization.

Based on the above experimental results, the present invention was developed based on the viewpoint that fumigation of glycosides of carbohydrates and fibers in tea leaves has a great deodorizing effect. That is, the present invention is a deodorizing agent for fumigation comprising a mixture of tea leaf extract and tea leaf powder obtained by treating green tea confectionery with cellulose and pectin-degrading enzymes.

C. Deodorizer for fumigation consisting of tea leaf extract and tea leaf powder mixture Add 5 g of carboxymethyl cellulose to 100 g of the tea leaf extract obtained in step A above, stir to form a paste, add 45 g of tea leaf powder, knead, and mix vertically and horizontally. The pellets were molded to a thickness of 3 cm and dried to produce pellets weighing approximately 1 g each. When the same beret was placed in a metal container and heated and fumigated, it was sensually verified that the characteristic smell of green tea filled the hospital room and the bad odor disappeared.
