Abstract

PURPOSE:To make assembling easy by a method wherein horizontal engaging members are fixed to the upper and the lower ends of a side plate and while a member facing another side plate positioned outside is constructed of vertical engaging members and supports, the side plates are stacked up with binding members. CONSTITUTION:Block bodies A and B, with L-shaped horizontal engaging members 2 fixed respectively to the upper and the lower ends of their side plates 1, are connected together at an optional position through engaging holes 30. In case of constructing a retaining wall, a foundation 7 and a foundation anchor 71 are arranged and the engaging member 2 is fixed to the anchor 71. Then a support 8 and an extractable form 81 are installed to the ground-side G and a binding member 41 and a diagonal binding member 42 are installed into a space between the ground-side and the side plate 1 installed at the opposite side. Back-filling rubbles 72 are then laid and concrete is cast thereon. Before hardening of the concrete, the extractable form 81 is pulled out, letting the concrete infiltrate into the rubbles 72. Therefore assembling is simply carried out as the block body can be made lightweight and large-sized.

FIG. 6 shows an embodiment in which the connectors 3a, 3b move. FIG. 6 [al is a perspective view of the block body. This engaging material was disclosed by the applicant (Special Proposal No. 63-31164
0 and March 3, 1989] Patent application) has been filed. The connector 3a is hollow and approximately rectangular. This box-shaped surface material 3al is inclined downward, and this part is an elastic body and can be deformed. Connector 3
Fitting tools 36 are fixed to a and 3b, and are fitted to the above-mentioned horizontal engagement member 2. The horizontal engagement member 2 is embedded in the vicinity of the upper and lower ends of the side plate, and a coupling member 3 is fitted into the lower end of the horizontal engagement member recess 2b, and a fitting member 36 is further fixedly provided. It can be moved laterally freely, and when it reaches the desired position, it is tightened with the tightening tool 6. A connecting protrusion 3bl is provided at the tip of the connecting device 3+b. A cross section of the connected state of block bodies A and B is shown in Fig. 6). In addition, the connectors 3a and 3b may be used as fasteners shown in FIG. Since the surface portions 3 & 1 of the connecting door stem 3a are elastic, they are deformed by the projection thickness e of the connecting protrusion 3bl to fit together. After fitting, tensile stress is generated in the connecting member 3b, Because it is slanted, it does not slip off.In order to increase this slipping resistance, it is effective to provide an uneven shape on the surface of the protrusion 3bl if necessary. The lateral connection with the block body B is shown in Fig. 6 (cl. and Fig. 3 (vertical retainer 5 of al.

If it is not necessary, only the horizontal binding material may be used. It is convenient to attach the binding member and the horizontally engaging member by joining a rectangular plate to the horizontally engaging member or by using the above-mentioned fixture (for example, FIG. 7, 1el)'fc. In this way, the second and third tier construction blocks are assembled. Figure 9 is a rear perspective view of the retaining wall when the outer side F is a decorative side plate and the upper side G is a perforated nonwoven fabric. This construction method is also applicable when the outer side plate is the same as described above, but the upper side is a formwork for burial and removal such as a wooden board. The construction method is the same as described above for the foundation, anchors, and outer first stage block body, but next, the upper support column 8 and the horizontal support column 83 are assembled, and the horizontal binding material is erected between the block body and the horizontal support column. Tighten with the second tightening tool.
The same method is used for the step block body. After the concrete hardens, the supports etc. are removed. Next, as a fifth example, a construction method different from that shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 will be provided.

This is a construction method that does not use side panels. This is to make it more economical by omitting the side plates. Next, construction method 9 will be described. The method up to the anchor is the same as that described above, but either concrete or maroon stone may be laid first, but in this case an example will be explained in which the maroon stone is laid first. The front side plate 1t is fixed to the anchor, and then the upper GK support column 8 or the above-mentioned vertical retaining material 5t is installed. Although it is the same as the support column, rollers 82 may be attached to the formwork to improve sliding with the support column.

After setting up the removal frame and laying the back-filling chestnut stone, concrete is poured. Remove the extraction frame before the concrete hardens. The concrete penetrates into the chestnut stone to some extent, but it is good because it is integrated with the chestnut stone. If the position of the binding material 5 is carefully selected, the blanking frame may be installed on the concrete side. If a vertical engagement material is used, it must be buried, but if a support is used, even if it is buried,
You can pull it out. In this case, care must be taken when joining the anchor and the binding material.

FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the construction rear side of the retaining wall. The difference from the previous method is that diagonal binding materials are used instead of horizontal binding materials, and blocks are assembled after the concrete has hardened. The construction method is the same as above for installing the side panels, but the pillars are buried in the foundation in the same way as the anchors, and then the construction blocks are stacked up to the number of steps that allow concrete to be poured, and the pillars are secured with binding material. Each stage is fastened by diagonal fastening material 42. If a fitting 43 is used on the column to make it easier to attach the diagonal tie material, or if a strangely shaped reinforcing bar or the like is used, there is no need for it to slip. After that, construction is carried out using the KFL mold as shown in Fig. 10. When the specified level is reached, concrete pouring is stopped and concrete is continued in the same manner several hours later or the next day. Even when the concrete is freshly hardened and in good condition, the restraint of the support column is sufficient, but if you are unsure, increase the rounding of the plate while supporting it.
・I\Effects of the Invention The construction block body of the present invention has a horizontal engagement member fixed on the top of the side plate near the lower end, but the mosquito horizontal engagement member serves as a connection with the adjacent block body. It also serves as a beam material for the side panels. As a result, the side panels can be made thinner, making it lighter and larger, and eliminating the need for a crane truck for masonry. Furthermore, since it is equipped with a connecting tool, even an amateur can perform the masonry work, which speeds up the construction work and reduces construction costs.
