ことにある。

ラー4,4′の回動で誘導されるようになつてい
る。一方、爪カム5,5′は楕円状(第3図参照)
をなし対向する内面部でアンカーロープの引かれ
る側には鋸歯状刃eが刻設されてあり、また該鋸
歯状刃eと反対する面側には突起fが形成されて
なる。該突起fは後述する操作時各支柱1,1′
基部に形成した張出鍔gと係合して爪カム5,
5′の一定角以上の回動を制限するようになすた
めのものである。

に爪カム5,5′はその対向間隔が狭くなるよう
に回動し、且つ鋸歯状刃eでロープ8を噛み込ん
だ状態で係止するため、滑ることなく確実な停止
状態となるものである。これに対し再び引揚げん
とする場合にはその状態でロープ8を手前側に引
張るようにすることによりロープ8を挾持してい
た爪カム5,5′が互いに外向きに逆回動してそ
の係止状態が解放されるものとなるのであり、あ
とはそのまゝでもロープ8の引取りは可能である
が少しロープ8を上方に持上げて案内ローラー
4,4′と接触させることにより極めて円滑に引
取ることが可能となるものである。
