(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional filter described above, the filter material gets clogged in a short period of time, so it must be taken out and washed frequently, and it gets dirty especially in the summer, so it needs to be washed every day. All of the work is done by hand, and because it is messy and time-consuming, it is often left dirty.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a vertical cylindrical parent brush installed approximately in the center of the vertical hollow cylindrical body. A plurality of child brushes are arranged around this parent brush in a planetary manner in parallel with the parent brush, and the child brushes have their outer peripheries in contact with each other. A filtration part is formed by using a series of brushes that overlap and intersect with the parent brush without intersecting the outer periphery, and a pond water introduction part having a water supply port is provided below the filtration part, This pond water filtration device is provided with a filtration water reservoir portion having a discharge port on the upper side, and a waste water discharge port with a valve at the tip of the pond water inlet portion having a tapered lower end.

In order to rotate the parent brush for the purpose of cleaning the filtration section, the shaft of the parent brush is extended upward, and a geared motor is attached above and outside the hollow cylinder body to drive it, and a geared motor is attached to the sewage outlet at the bottom end. Using a solenoid valve, you can periodically automatically control the start and stop of the pump, the rotation and stop of the parent brush, and the opening and closing of the on-off valve, or you can manually operate the switch at any time by manually turning the switch on and off. However, in order to provide a small device at a low cost, a manual handle is attached to the shaft end of the main brush, and a manual valve is also attached so that the main brush can be rotated manually for filtration. It is also possible to use a simple type in which all cleaning of the parts and discharge of sludge water are done manually.

(Function) In the pond water filtration device of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, in normal times, when the parent brush and the child brush are in a stationary state, when the pond water is fed from the water supply port to the pond water introduction part by the pond water pump, dirty pond water rises inside the hollow cylinder body. While passing through the filtration section, suspended sludge adheres to the parent brush and child brush and is filtered, and the filtrate is collected in the filtration water reservoir section at the top and returned to the pond from the discharge port for circulation. At this time, heavy garbage, sand, etc. in the pond water settles within the pond water introduction part and accumulates in the tapered part at the lower end.

When the parent brush and child brush become dirty and the filtration ability decreases, stop the pump to stop the supply of pond water and rotate the parent brush by power or hand. Since the brush is carried by the parent brush and rotates in conjunction with the parent brush in the opposite direction, the sludge adhering to the parent brush and child brushes is washed away by the water inside the hollow cylinder body.
This water becomes sludge water, which is discharged from the sewage outlet while cleaning by opening the valve at the bottom.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a parent brush, which has a vertical cylindrical shape and is rotatably supported approximately in the center of the hollow cylinder main body 1 with its axis aligned with the axis of the hollow cylinder main body 1, and the shaft 2a is extended upward to support the hollow cylinder. It is connected to a geared motor 3 attached to the outside of the upper end of the cylinder body 1. Reference numeral 4 denotes child brushes, and six child brushes are arranged around the parent brush 2 in parallel with the parent brush 2 in a planetary manner. The brushes are assembled so as to overlap and intersect, and the outer periphery is provided close to the inner wall of the hollow cylinder main body 1, thereby forming a filtering section 5 using this series of brushes as a filtering material. Reference numeral 6 denotes a pond water introduction section, which is located below the filtration section 5 and connected to the discharge side of a pump (not shown) that pumps pond water by providing a water supply port 7 at one location around the periphery.
As shown in the figure, the inlet is oriented in the circumferential direction on the inner periphery of the pond water introduction part 6 so that the pond water swirls inside the pond water introduction part 6, and as it swirls, it is contained in the introduced pond water. Heavy garbage, sand, etc. sink and settle in a tapered part 8 provided at the lower end of the pond water introduction part 6, and suspended sludge rises together with the pond water and enters the filtration part 5. Reference numeral 9 denotes a filtration water reservoir, which is located above the filtration part 5 and has a discharge port 10 on the outer periphery near the upper end. The filtered and purified water rises and accumulates, reaches the discharge port 10, is discharged, and is returned to the pond for circulation. 11
is a sewage discharge port, which is provided at the tip of the tapered part 8;
It is equipped with an electromagnetic valve 12. This valve 1

In this pond water filtration device, while the main brush 2 and child brush 4 of the filtration part 5 are stationary, floating sludge flows into the main brush 2 and the child brush 4 while the pond water enters the pond water introduction part 6 from the water supply port 7 and rises. If the brush gets dirty and the filtering ability decreases, the water supply is stopped and the main brush 2 is removed by driving the geared motor 3 while the hollow cylinder main body 1 is filled with pond water.
Rotate. Then, the child brush 4, whose outer periphery partially overlaps the parent brush 2, is rotated in the opposite direction by the parent brush 2, so the sludge adhering to the parent brush 2 and the child brush 4 is washed away, and the brush 4 is rotated in the opposite direction. When the valve 12 is opened while rotating the sludge, the washed sludge is drained together with water from the sewage outlet 11 and thrown away.

In this way, the main brush 2 and the child brush 4 are cleaned. Most of the attached sludge is removed by one cleaning, which is sufficient for practical use. However, if necessary, pond water is again poured into the hollow cylinder main body 1. 2, same as above

Starting and stopping the geared motor 3 for cleaning and discharging the settled garbage, opening and closing the valve 12, and starting and stopping the pump for pumping up pond water are performed using a timer or an optical sensor that penetrates the hollow cylinder body 1. As mentioned above, in this embodiment, cleaning and opening/closing of the valve are performed using power, but in the case of a small type, the shaft 2
It is also possible to install a manual handle instead of the geared motor 3 on the top end of a, and also install a manual opening/closing type valve, so that everything can be done manually.
By doing this, an inexpensive and popular type can be obtained.

In addition, in the filtration part 5, six approximately triangular gaps are formed between the hollow cylinder main body 1 and the six child brushes 4, and at first glance, unfiltered pond water passes through these gaps, so the filtration capacity is affected. Although I have my doubts, this type of pond water filtration does not require 100% filtration, and since pond water is continuously circulated, even if the performance is somewhat low, it is sufficient for the purpose. If the filtration performance is to be improved, it is also possible to install a separator to fill the above-mentioned gap.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention described above, the filtration section can be simply and easily backwashed, and this backwashing can be completely automated using a timer, optical sensor, etc. It eliminates the need for the unpleasant work of taking out and cleaning the filter media, and also has high backwash efficiency and can perform nearly complete cleaning in a short period of time, reducing cleaning costs by reducing the amount of electricity required for the geared motor and electromagnetic valve for the backwashing time. The price alone is extremely low, and since the device has a simple structure, it is durable and does not break down, making it possible to provide it at a low price, simplifying pond management, and making it economical and long-term maintenance. This makes it possible to obtain an unnecessary pond water filtration device.
