As shown in FIG. 1, in a conventional spray pump, a pipe 2 made of a flexible material such as polyethylene is attached to the lower part of a pump body 1 and hangs down, and this spray pump is connected to a liquid container 3.
When attached to the container, the lower end extends to the vicinity of the bottom of the container 3, so that even the little remaining liquid in the container can be completely sucked up.

However, in this conventional spray pump, as mentioned above, the suction pipe 2 is made of a flexible material, so the lower end is curved as shown by the solid line in Fig. 1, and the amount remaining is low. The problem was that the suction port was raised above the surface of the liquid, making it impossible to completely suck up the liquid.

Furthermore, some conventional spray pumps are designed to have a weight 4 attached to the lower end of the suction pipe 2' to prevent the suction port from rising above the liquid surface, as shown in Figure 2. However, even in such a spray pump, most of the spray container 3' is formed with the bottom portion 3'a curved upward, as shown in FIG. ', as shown in Fig. 3, when the container 3' is used tilted (which is often the case), the lower end of the suction pipe 2' is blocked by the bottom part 3'a and the liquid is The problem remained that the suction port did not move with the movement of the liquid, and it was not possible to prevent the suction port from lifting up from the liquid water surface.

4 and 5 show an embodiment of the suction pipe according to this invention, in which an upper pipe 11 is vertically installed at the bottom of the spray pump main body 1, and the upper pipe 11 is connected to the upper pipe 11 by a spherical connecting portion 12. It is composed of a lower pipe 13 and a lower pipe 13.

The spherical coupling portion 12, as particularly shown in FIG.
The lower end of the upper pipe 11 is formed into a spherical shape, and its inner wall surface is perfectly spherical. Upper pipe 11
The spherical part 13a is formed so as to have an outer diameter approximately equal to the inner wall of the spherical part 11a, and is fitted in such a manner that it can slide freely and cannot fall off.

The upper end of the conduit 13b of the lower pipe 13 spreads out in a tufted shape and opens at the top of the spherical part 13a.
Even when the upper pipe 11 is inclined, the pipe line 13b and the pipe line 11b of the upper pipe 11 are always communicated with each other. Further, the upper pipe 11 and the lower pipe 13 are made of non-flexible, corrosion-resistant synthetic resin or metal.
Due to its own weight, it always extends straight in the vertical direction.

The suction pipe of the spray pump is configured so that the lower pipe 13 can rotate (arrow A) so as to draw a conical trajectory with the spherical connecting portion 12 as the apex, as shown by the chain line in FIG. For example, even when the container is used tilted, the lower pipe 13 tilts in the direction of gravity due to its own weight, and the bottom 3'a of the container 3' curves upward, as shown in FIG. Even when the liquid in the container 3' is in the container 3', the suction port of the lower pipe 13 bypasses the bottom part 3'a and always moves to follow the movement of the liquid in the container 3'.
It is able to completely suck out liquid from within.

FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the above-mentioned suction pipe, in which the lower pipe 13 is formed of a non-flexible material, and the lower pipe 13 is formed by its own weight in the vertical direction. While the lower pipe 13' is designed to extend straight, the lower pipe 13' is molded from a flexible synthetic resin such as polyethylene, as in conventional pipes, and a weight 1 is attached to the lower end of the lower pipe 13'.
4 is firmly fixed to prevent the lower pipe 13' from bending due to its weight.

As described above, in this invention, the suction pipe of the spray pump is composed of an upper pipe and a lower pipe, and the spherical part formed at the upper end of the lower pipe and the spherical part formed at the lower end of the upper pipe slide together. It is fitted so that it can move freely and cannot fall out, and the lower pipe always faces vertically due to its own weight due to the two spherical parts, so even when the spray container is used at an angle, The lower pipe tilts in the direction of gravity around both spherical parts, and the suction port at the lower end of the lower pipe easily follows the movement of the liquid in the container, so that the liquid in the container can be completely sucked up. It becomes possible. In addition, the upper opening in the spherical part of the lower pipe and the lower opening in the spherical part of the upper pipe, which are connected with a simple structure of just fitting, connect the two spherical parts so that they fit and slide smoothly. Since communication is established without reducing the opening area when the lower pipe is tilted, there is an excellent effect that suction can be expected without any change in the suction amount.
