部1aにうまく挿入できないことが多かった。

が殆んど無いリベット型接点の脚部が鋏み型のフィンガ
ーにてクランプされ、リベット型接点が吸着治具と芯合
わせされる。従って、そのまま台材の凹部の位置へ搬送
した際、リベット型接点と台材の凹部とが芯合わせされ
るので、吸着治具を押出してリベット型接点を台材の凹
部へ挿入するのが円滑に精度良く行われる。

に示す如くリベット型接点4の脚部4dを台材1の前記
凹部1aへ挿入した処、リベット型接点1(10個中挿
入不具合のものは皆無であった。

ベット型接点4の接合強度を測定した処、X=18.5
kg、 R= 3.Okgと接合強度が高く、ばらつき
が小さくて安定していた。またリベット型接点4の頭部
4cの下面と台材1の上面との間に隙間が生じるものは
皆無であった。

精度良く行われ、挿入不具合になるものが無い。
