Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a deflection due to a force in the diagonal direction of a box from being generated by bonding respective parts with each other of nearly triangle shapes provided at flaps, separating the nearly triangle parts from the flap body, keeping the triangle parts in a bonded state, on unpacking, and by keeping the angle made by the adjacent side faces to be nearly right angles. CONSTITUTION:Insertion pieces 2 and insertion holes 3 are provided on four upper flaps 1 attached continuously to side plates and nearly triangular jointing pieces 4 are provided at the position near the side face of the both sides of the upper flaps 1. The joining pieces 4 are parted from the upper flaps 1 by partition grooves 8 and the upper part of the partition groove 8 is provided at the inner side of the upper flap edge to constitute joining parts 9. The joining parts 9 should have enough strength for the joining pieces 4 to move together with the upper flap 1 and further an appropriate strength for the joining part 9 to break easily when the upper flap 1 is moved with the bonded state of the adjacent joining pieces 4. Respective side faces adjacent to each other faces are fixed at nearly right angles by the jointing pieces 4. In this way, it is hard for an external force to cause a deflection.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a cardboard packaging box, and more particularly, to a cardboard box having a sealing method that does not cause distortion of the box and can be resealed.

(Prior art) The most commonly used conventional cardboard boxes are JIS Z1507 A type, and when resealing is required, the 1982 Utility Model
No. 87019 and other flap insertion type boxes were used.

Among the conventional technologies mentioned above, A-type packaging boxes use less cardboard and are advantageous in terms of strength, but they have the problem of not being able to be resealed. Because there is no resistance to compression and rotation between the corners and vertical edges, distortion is likely to occur, so the packaging box is easily deformed due to handling, etc., and the box's ability to protect the contents is insufficient due to the small impact absorption capacity of the box when dropped. The problem was that it was easy to do.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the top flap of the cardboard box is made into a plug-in type, and approximately triangular parts are provided on both sides of the part where the top flap connects to the side, and this approximately triangular part is used as the flap. When folding the flap, it moves together with the flap, but if the triangular parts on both sides are glued together, it leaves a connection that is strong enough to easily break when force is applied to the flap. The structure should be separate from the flap body.

(Function) When sealing the box, if the approximately triangular parts provided on the flap are glued together, when the box is unpacked, the approximately triangular parts will be separated from the flap body while maintaining the bonded state, and the adjacent parts will be separated from the flap body. It works to keep the angle between the sides at approximately 90 degrees.

For this reason, the box is less likely to be distorted by force in the diagonal direction, and the shock absorption ability is likely to be reduced.

The joint piece 4 is separated from the upper flap 1 by a separation groove 8, and the upper end of the separation groove 8 is located inside the end of the upper flap 1, forming a connecting portion 9. This connecting portion 9 has enough strength to allow the joining piece 4 to move together with the upper flap l when the upper flap 1 is moved, and also has enough strength to move the upper flap l while the adjacent joining pieces 4 are pasted together. The strength must be such that the connecting portion 9 can be easily cut when the connecting portion 9 is cut. An enlarged view of this part is shown in FIG.

There are two ways to unpack this package, one is to remove the lower tray 5, and the other is to open the upper flap 1.However, the lower tray 5 is usually glued to the side of the box and leaves traces when removed. If repacking is necessary, open the top flap 1 and unpack.

When the insertion piece 2 of the upper flap 1 is pulled out from the insertion hole 3 and lifted upward, the connecting portion 9 at the end of the separation groove 8 is broken and the upper flap 1 is raised up, as shown in FIG. The first state is when all upper flaps 1 have been raised.
The figure shows that the contents can be removed. In this state, it can be easily repackaged.

According to this embodiment, since the adjacent sides of the box are fixed at an angle of approximately 90 degrees by the joint piece 4, loosening due to external force is difficult to occur, and since it is an insertion method, repacking is easy. Is possible.

According to the present invention, since the adjacent side walls of one corrugated box are held at an angle of approximately 90 degrees, distortion is less likely to occur even if force is applied between the vertical and diagonal edges of the box.

このため、衝撃吸収効果や荷扱い抵抗力も向上する。Therefore, the impact absorption effect and cargo handling resistance are also improved.
