【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の属する技術分野〕
この考案は電磁開閉器に係り、とくに電磁コイ

この種の電磁開閉器においては使用中に稀に生
ずる電磁コイルの焼損事故や、使用電圧変更の場
合に新品の電磁コイルや定格に合致した電磁コイ
ルと交換するということがしばしば行われる。こ
のような場合、従来の電磁開閉器にあつては電磁
コイルを交換のために取外した際電磁コイルとと
もに固定鉄心を押えつける押えばねが脱落し、場
合によつては紛失することもある。この種の従来
装置を第7図〜第9図に示し、第7図はその電磁
開閉器の正面断面図、第8図は同上の側面断面
図、第9図は同上の抑えばねを中心とした部分側
面図である。図において1は可動接点支え、2は
連結板、3は可動鉄心、4は電磁コイル、5は押
えばね、6は連結棒、7は固定鉄心、8は下部ケ
ース、11は上部ケースである。第9図から明ら
かなように押えばね5は電磁コイル4と連結棒6
との間に挿入され固定鉄心7を下部ケース8に押
えつけるものであるが電磁コイル4を上へ引抜く
と押えばね5もそれにつれて簡単に脱落する。そ
の上押えばね5の脱落に伴なつて固定鉄心7や固
定鉄心を下部ケース8に固定するための連結棒6
などが離散し易く、電磁コイル4の交換作業が甚
だ煩雑となる欠点があつた。

えばね5の他の部分より直径の大なる最終ターン
即ち座巻5aが、下部ケース8に保持装置として
形成された相互に対向する一対の突出片9の先端
のかぎ状突起10の背後に挿入されて押えばね5
が保持装置9から離脱できないように保持されて
いることが示されている。したがつてこの提案に
より電磁コイル4を交換のために取り外しても電
磁コイル4と共に押えばね5までが脱落して固定
鉄心7、連絡棒6などが離散することは防止され

押えばね挿入具13の内部に押えばね5を保持
し、押えばね挿入具13の先端の圧入用突起14
をかぎ状突起10の間に下降させながら図中点線
で示す如く座巻5aを湾曲させてスナツプ式に挿
入することが提案されている。このような手段に
より一応目的を達することはできるとしても、押
えばねの座巻を保持装置に挿入するのに前記の如
き特殊な挿入具を使用することは甚だ不便である

面に連なり線ばねを保持するフツクを有する左右
一対のフツク部および前記固定鉄心に装着される
電磁コイルを備え、前記固定鉄心の貫通穴に挿入
された線ばねの両端を左右一対のフツク部のそれ
ぞれのフツクに係合させて線ばねにより固定鉄心
を支持し、前記固定鉄心に装着される電磁コイル
の下端を前記弾性体に当接させてなることを特徴
とする。

一の符号を付し説明を省略する。この実施例にお
いて従来装置と異なる点は固定鉄心および電磁コ
イルの保持構造である。すなわち固定鉄心7は可
動鉄心3の動作方向に対向して位置し、線ばね1
2によつて下部ケース8に押圧保持されている。
電磁コイル4は可動鉄心3と固定鉄心7との間に
取付けられ一方端4aが上部ケース11の突出部
11aに、他方端4bが固定鉄心7の緩衝ゴム板
13の一端を突出させた舌状突部13aを介して
下部ケース8で挾持される。このような構成にお
いて固定鉄心7を組立てるには第3図に示すよう
にまず下部ケース8に緩衝ゴム板13を敷設し、
次に貫通穴7aにばね12を挿入した固定鉄心7
を下部ケース8に挿入すると、第4図に示すごと
く線ばね12がフツク部14の傾斜面14bに接
し、この状態から線ばね12を下方向へ押すと線
ばね12が傾斜面に沿つて滑り、第5図に示すよ
うに湾曲しながら下降する。さらに押すと、第6
図に示すように線ばね12の復元力によりスナツ
プ式にフツク14aに係合させることができ下部
ケース部分の組立てが完了する。次に電磁コイル
4を組込むには、下部ケース8に電磁コイル4を
挿入し、その上から上部ケース11を被せ、電磁
コイル4の一方端4aを上部ケース11の突出部
11aに、また他方端4bを緩衝ゴム板13の舌
状突部13aに当接させゴムの弾性を利用して押
圧挾持させ、上部ケース11と下部ケース8をね
じ等で結合することによつて電磁開閉器の組立て
が完了する。従つて電磁コイル4の交換の際には
前述した組立て作業の逆となり、取替えは極めて
簡単である。

利用して上部ケース11に押圧挾持させることに
よつて部品点数を増すことなく前述した問題を解

せ、他方端を緩衝ゴム板などの弾性体を介して下
部ケースに当接させたことにより電磁コイルを上
部ケースと下部ケースとの間に隙間なく保持でき
電磁開閉器の動作時の衝撃による微動によつて発
生する電磁コイルの端部や上部ケースの突出部に
当接する部分の摩耗や破損などを防止することが
できる。
