【考案の詳細な説明】 (イ) 産業上の利用分野 本考案はビデオテープレコーダ(VTR)等の
電子機器に用いられる押釦装置に関する。

バー取付けの際に押釦ベースとカバーの位置合わ
せや接着等の作業が必要となり作業性が悪い。ま
た、押釦部の表面に金属光沢を持たせる場合、カ
バーをアルミ製にしたりあるいは合成樹脂製のカ
バーにメツキ加工を施す必要が生じる。特に、メ
ツキ加工を施す場合には予めメツキ加工を施した
カバーを用いると取付け作業中にメツキ剥離等の
損傷を防ぐためにカバー装着後に押釦部のみにメ
ツキ加工を施せばよいが、実開昭54−141802号公
報に示すように押釦ベースとヒンジ部とが一体と
なつた押釦の場合、誤つてヒンジ部にもメツキが
載るとヒンジ部の弾性が著しく弱まり、押釦装置
全体の操作性の悪化につながる。

を成形させる。尚、前記金型は前記押釦ベース2
…の第1突起2a…を表側に露出させる為の表示
透孔4a…が前記押釦カバー4…に設けられるよ
うな形状になつている。こうして成形された押釦
部材5を化学エツチングし表面のブタジエン成分
を取除き、次いで化学メツキを行う。すると、ブ
タジエン成分を含むABS樹脂で成形された前記
押釦カバー2…側の表面にだけ電極が形成され、
その後、メツキ槽にて電気メツキ(クロムメツ
キ)加工を施せば、結局前記押釦カバー2…のみ
がクロムメツキされることになる。上述のよう
に、前記押釦カバー2…のみがメツキ加工を施さ
れた前記押釦部材5は、第3図に示す様にVTR
のフロントパネル6の内面に配設された柱状突起
6a…に前記透孔1a…を挿入して溶融固着する
ことによりVTR本体に装着され押釦装置が構成
される。第3図の矢印方向から押力が加わると前

の動作を為さしめることが可能となる。尚、第1

記押釦カバー4を成形する際、ABS樹脂を射出
するための成形用ランナー9であり、電気メツキ
加工を施す際前記成形用ランナー9により前記押
釦カバー4…の各々が先の化学メツキにより電気
的に接続されているので全ての前記押釦カバー4
…を一度にメツキ処理できる。また、前記成形用
ランナー9…はメツキ処理後の後加工により取り
除かれる。

を弱めて押釦装置の操作性を悪くする危険性がな
く、また、押釦ベースと押釦カバーが一体に形成
される為、一部品として管理でき組立作業性も向
上し極めて有効である。
