【考案の詳細な説明】
一般にウエハ等の電子部品のように微細な塵埃
をも除去した清浄空気雰囲気中において加工、組
立及び搬送作業を行うことが必要である場合に
は、これらの作業を行う室に空気清浄装置を取付
けて室内で発生する微細な塵埃等を常に除去し室
内の空気を清浄状態に維持する手段が講じられて

従来、搬送装置を収納した空気清浄室の塵埃除

外部に、送気端を該室H内の上部フイルタFの上
方に開口し吸気端を該室H内の下部に開口した空
気還流ダクトDを配設し、該ダクトの途中に空気
循環フアンPを介装し、搬送装置の作動によつて
発生する付着塵埃或は摩耗粉等の浮遊塵埃の大部
分は該室Hの下方より吸気端を経て該室Hの上部
フイルタFより上方に開口している送気端より該
室H内に導入され、上部フイルタFを通過して除
塵され、清浄空気となつて流下し、再び吸気端開
口より吸込まれて循環するから、該室内Hの空気
は常に清浄に保たれるが、該室Hの底面、すなわ
ち、駆動台車Cの走行レールR,Rの下方にはダ
クトDに吸込まれない一部の塵埃が堆積し、該堆
積塵埃Gは前記搬送装置の保守管理のため空気清
浄室Hの下部を取外すときにその振動により浮遊
飛散するばかりでなく、該堆積塵埃Gは台車Cの
通過時に起る空気の移動によつて舞い上り該室H
内に浮遊拡散して空気清浄室内の雰囲気を著しく

すると、
横設した管状の空気清浄室1の下面には吊持ボ
ルト2の下端で吊持された搬送装置駆動部筐3が
挿脱可能に封嵌され、該駆動部筐3内には搬送台
車4の車輪走行レール5,5と該台車4に取付け
た駆動装置6に動力を供給する複数本の給電レー
ル7,7……が収納され、該駆動部筐3の下面に

フイルタ中に捕捉されるから、底蓋8上には微細
な塵埃、摩耗粉等が堆積することはなく、吸気ダ
クト16を通じて再び空気清浄室1内に送入さ
れ、該室1の上部に開口した給気口18から流入
する空気と共に還流し、空気清浄室1内の還流空

おそれがなく空気清浄室1内を汚染することがな
いし、また、下部フイルタ12内に捕捉されてい
る粉塵等は該フイルタ12を取外す際に浮遊落下
することなく、空気清浄室1内の雰囲気を汚染し
ないので、下部フイルタの交換及びメンテナンス
時の底蓋の開閉を空気清浄室1内を汚染すること
なしに遂行できる等、空気清浄室内の塵埃除去装

とともに、該搬送装置の下方に搬送装置の作動に
より発生する塵埃を捕捉する下部フイルタを着脱
可能に張設し、該下部フイルタの下方に前記ダク
