Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a need using an adhesive and a jig by superposing each extended leg part on the open end part of each core and binding them into one body by contraction of a thermally contractible tube fitted to the superposition part. CONSTITUTION:Thermally contractible tubes 2a, 2b, and 2c are fitted to the superposition part of a head core 11 and an extended leg part 1a, that of a head core 12 and extended leg part 1b, and that of a center core 13 and an extended leg part 1c respectively to temporarily fix a back bar 1. Thereafter, these tubes are heated and contracted to bind them into one body in each part. That is, extended leg parts 1a to 1c of the back bar 1 are pressed and bound to respective cores 11 to 13 of the magnetic head by the contraction of thermally contractible tubes 2a to 2c fitted to respective extended leg parts 1a to 1c of the back bar 1. Thus, a closed magnetic circuit free from magnetic loss is formed without an adhesive which may age or a jig requiring a labor.

の磁性体から成るバックバーである. (17)は上記

ヘッドケーブルである. [発明が解決しようとする課題] 従来の磁気ヘッド装置におけるバックバーの固定には接
着剤と挾持用の治具を使用しており、したがって接着剤
が乾燥するまでに時間がかかり、また治具の弛み等によ
り所定の貼り付け位置よりバックバーがずれてしまった
りする等の問題点があった. この発明は上記の問題点を解消するためになされたもの
で,接着剤と治具の使用を無くすることを目的とする. [1!!iを解決するための手段コ この発明の場合におけるバックバーの固定はその延長脚
部に嵌挿した熱収縮チューブの収縮によって行われてい
る. [作 用] この発明の場合は、バックバーの各延長脚部に嵌挿した
熱収縮チューブの収縮作用で,バックバーの各延長脚部
が磁気ヘッドの各コアに緊縛圧接される. [実施N] 以下この発明の一実施例について説明する.すなわち第
1図において(11)は記録再生用ヘッドコア、(12
)は消去用ヘッドコア. (13)はこれら両ヘッドコ
アが共用しているセンターコア,(l)はこのセンター
コア(13)を介して両ヘッドコア(l1)(12》の
閉磁気回路を形成するバックバーで、このバックバーに
はそれぞれの水平断面形状とその寸法が上記各ヘッドコ
アおよびセンターコアのそれと同一の延長脚部(lg)
 (lb) (lc)が設けられ,全体形状がE形に形
成されている. (2a) (2b) (2c)は熱収
縮チューブであり第1図はそのそれぞれが嵌挿される前
の斜視図である. 第2図は上記各熱収縮チューブ(2a) (2b) (
2c)を嵌挿した状態の斜視図であり、ヘッドコア(1
1)と延長脚部(1a)との重合個所に熱収縮チューブ
(2a)、ヘッドコア(12)と延長脚部(lb)との
重合個所には熱収縮チューブ(2b)が、またセンター
コア(13)と延長脚部(1c)との重合個所には熱収
縮チューブ(2c)が嵌挿されてバックバーが仮止めさ
れ、その後においてこれらに熱を加えて収縮させてそれ
ぞれ当該部が一体に緊締されるようになっている.なお
上記実施例では各ヘッドコア(11)(12)およびセ
ンターコア(13)にバックバー(1)の各延長脚部(
la)(lb)および(lc)を密着させ,これらの上
からそれぞれの熱収縮チューブ(2a) (2b)およ
び(2c)を嵌挿して熱収縮させ、それぞれの重合個所
を緊締させた場合を示したが、第3図、第4図の他の実
施例に示すように各ヘッドコア(o)(f2)およびセ
ンターコア(l3)に,先にそれぞれの熱収縮チューブ
(2a) (2b)および(2c)を嵌挿固定しておき
,その後においてバックバー(1)の各延長脚部(la
) (lb)および(lc)を所定の各熱収縮チューブ
(2a) (2b)および(2c)に嵌挿してその熱収
縮で一体に緊締させるようにしてもよい. その他各実施例ではバックバーの各延長脚部(2a) 
(2b) (2c)の水平断面形状とその寸法を,重合
される各ヘッドコアおよびセンターコアのそれと同一に
構成した場合について説明したが、各延長脚部の少なく
とも幅が重合される各ヘッドコアおよびセンターコアの
幅と同一幅にした場合であってもよい. また熱収縮チューブは熱収縮テープの巻装体で構成して
もよい. [発明の効果] この発明の磁気ヘッド装置は以上のように熱収縮チュー
ブを使用して各ヘッドコア,センターコアとバックバー
の緊縛を行なっているので、老化のおそれのある接着剤
や手間のががる治具の使用無しで,磁気損失の少ない閉
磁気回路を形成することができるという効果を有するも
のである.
