(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a brake operating device used for bicycles, etc. (Prior art) A housing attached to a handlebar, etc., and a brake operating lever attached to the housing so as to be graspable. A brake operating means including; a brake means for braking a braked member such as a wheel; It has been proposed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-31623, Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-6416, etc. to provide a Bowden cable including an inner wire and an outer wire that connect the brake operating means. (Problem to be Solved by the Invention) In all of the prior art including the content described in the above-mentioned publications, in order to return the operating lever to its original position, the force of the brake return spring provided in the brake means is applied to the Bowden cable. This is done by transmitting information through According to this, the repulsive force of the Bregie return spring requires a considerably large spring force because it is necessary to return the operating lever by taking into consideration the abrasive force of the Bowden cable, the play of various parts, etc. , the operating force of the operating lever will be that much stronger, and so on.
This may also lead to breakage of the inner wire, loss of the Nisoburu portion, and malfunction. Furthermore, even if the repulsive force of the brake return spring is made considerably large, the operation lever will not return properly, resulting in the so-called lever touch problem. Attachment and adjustment are also becoming increasingly difficult. In view of the actual situation, the present invention provides a return spring on the operating lever side in addition to the brake return spring.
That is, the purpose is to solve the above-mentioned problems by dispersing each resistance force. (Means for Solving the Problems) The technical means taken by the present invention to achieve the above-mentioned objects are characterized by a housing attached to a handlebar, etc., and a gripable attachment to the housing. a brake operating means including a bushing L/bar; a bushing L/bar for braking a braked member such as a vehicle;

[/-Bowden cable including an inner wire and an outer wire that connect the brake means and the brake operation means in order to transmit the grasping force of the key operation lever in the direction in which the means brakes against its brake return spring. A spring 23 whose i side is attached to the housing 9 side and whose other end side is engaged with the brake operating lever 11 side in the same way as the lever is returned.
The point is that it is equipped with. (effect) Boo! When applying the brake, use the brake return spring l8.
By grasping the operation 1/bar 11 against the lever return spring 236, the operation force is transmitted via the Bowden cable 7 and is released. When the gripping force of the operating lever 11 is released, the L-bar 11
is returned to its original state by its return spring 23, and is also returned to its original state by a return spring 18 for the brake means 4. (Example) Figures 1 and 2 show a drop-type handlebar 1 with a 1,000-stage brake operation 2, and a side bull type brake with a 1,000-stage 4 for braking a braked member 3 such as a front wheel or a rear wheel with an inner wire 5. A connection is shown using a Bowden cable 7 including an outer wire 6. The brake operating means 2 includes a box-shaped housing 9 attached to the handlebar 1 via a band fitting 8, and an operating lever 11 attached to the housing 9 so as to be graspable via a fulcrum shaft 10. A vehicle equipped with a safety lever 12 is shown. The braking means 4 comprises a pair of brake arches i4.15 mounted on the center bolt 13 and said arches 14.15. 15, and a brake return spring 8 shaped like a pair of spectacles in the wooden example, for returning the brake arches 14 and 15. One end of the outer wire 6 of the Bowden cable 7 is attached to the housing 9 side by an outer receiver 19, and the other end is connected to the brake arm through an outer receiver 20.
5, in this example, it is attached to the arm 14A of the arch 14. Also, one end of the inner wire 5 of the Bowden cable 7 is connected to the brake operating lever 1 via the inner fixture 2.
1, and the other end is connected to the arm 15A of the arch 15 via a fixture 22 in this example. In this embodiment, a lever return spring 23 made of an anti-spring is attached to the rear wall 9A of the housing 9 with a bolt 24 or the like, and the other end of the spring 23 is attached to the rear wall 9A of the housing 9 through a curved portion. It is slidably engaged with the back surface of the scraping lever 11 so as to bias the lever 11 in a direction opposite to the operating direction 25, that is, in a return direction. FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which a lever return spring 23, which is a plate spring, is attached to a housing 9 attached to a standard handle 1 via a band fitting 8, with bolts 24, etc.
One end of the spring 23 is attached, and the other end of the spring 23 is attached to the operating lever 1.
The other configurations are the same as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and therefore, common members are designated by common reference numerals. In each of the above-mentioned embodiments and the embodiments described below, the brake means 4 may be of any type, such as center pull, cantilever, band brake, etc. In short, any brake can be used as long as it is equipped with a brake return spring that returns the applied brake to its original state. FIGS. 4 to 8 show some other embodiments of the present invention, and the basic configuration is common to each of the embodiments described above.
Common parts are indicated by common symbols, and only the differences will be explained below. First, in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4, a mounting bolt 26 is inserted through the fulcrum shaft 1.0, and by tightening one end of the lever return spring 23 with the head of the mounting bolt 26, the spring 23 is Attach one end to the housing 9 side and incorporate it,
The other end of the spring 23 is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the operating lever 11 via a pin 27. In this case, the return spring 23 may be a bar spring having a pair of glasses on the head side instead of a plate spring. . . . , or may have a locking portion for the bolts 1 and 26. In the fourth embodiment shown in FIG.
It has an S-shape with 3B, and a bifurcated gathering part 23B.
The return spring 23 is attached to the housing 9 side by engaging with the mounting bolt l.26, and the curved portion at the other end is engaged with the inner fixture 21 from behind. This has the advantage of preventing children from leaving. In the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 6, a winding portion 23C of a return spring 23 consisting of a plate spring or a bar spring is fitted onto the fulcrum shaft 10,
One end of the spring 23 is engaged with the inner arm elevation surface of the housing 9,
The other end is slidably engaged with the inner bottom surface 28 of the operating lever 11. In this case, as shown in the figure, a part of the spring is engaged with the inner fixture 21 to perform the dual functions as shown in FIG. The sixth embodiment shown in FIG.
One end of the return spring 23 shown in the form of a tension coil shown in 9A is fitted into a mantle and fixed, and the other end is engaged with the inner wire 5 by going around the inner wire 5. The embodiment has the advantage of preventing not only the inner fixture 21 but also the outer receiver 19 from coming off. The seventh embodiment shown in FIG. 8 is a brake marking means 2 in which a cover 29 is attached to a housing 9 and a Bowden cable 7 is inserted into the handle 1, and an inner fixture 21 and an outer receiver 19 A tension coil-type return spring 23 is hung between the two, and the return spring 23 performs the same function as in the sixth embodiment. In the eighth embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the ring-shaped end 23D of the spring 23 as shown in FIG.
The other end 23E of the spring 23, which is attached to the side and similarly formed into a ring shape, slides into contact with the inner bottom surface 28 of the operating lever 11 of the member 3.
2 and are slidably held together. As shown in FIG. 11, this contact member 32 is made of synthetic resin and has a mushroom shape when viewed from the side, and its stem portion 32A is inserted into the other end 23E of the spring 23, and at its top portion 32B, The inner bottom surface 2g1 of the operating lever 11 is slidably engaged. In the case of this embodiment, since the action of the spring 230 is via the sliding contact member 32 made of synthetic resin, the operability of the operating lever 11 is extremely smooth. The ninth and tenth embodiments shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 are as follows:
A hook is formed at one end of the spring 23 in the longitudinal grooves 33 and 34 formed essentially perpendicular to the fulcrum axis 10 and the engagement holes 35 and 36 formed in the vertical grooves 33 and 34, both in the bearing part 30. When 23F and 23G are engaged, the spring 23 is attached to the hanging 9 side, and the other ends 238 and 23I of the spring 23 are attached to the eighth side.
As in the embodiment, it is slidably engaged with the inner bottom surface 28 of the operating lever 11 via a sliding member 32. In the eleventh embodiment shown in FIG. 14, a spring 23 is attached to the fulcrum shaft 10.
The hook 23J formed at one end of the spring 23 is engaged with the engagement hole 9B formed in the rear wall 98 of the housing 9, and the hook 23K formed at the other end is inserted into the coiled part 23C. It engages with the bin 27 inside the handle 11. In the case of this embodiment, in detail, the fulcrum shaft 10 has a support shaft bolt IOA and a bag nant-shaped support shaft nut, as shown in FIG.
Consists of IOB, spindle bolts 1 to 10^ are operating lever 1
1, and a shaft portion 10A'' having a smaller diameter than this, and a support shaft portion 10[1 similar to the support shaft nut 10B. Thus, the winding portion 23C of the spring 23 of this embodiment is fitted onto the shaft portion 10A', and both supporting shaft portions 10^' and IOB'
It is configured to be maintained in (Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the brake operation stage 2 including the housing 9 attached to the handlebar 1 etc. and the brake operation lever 11 attached to the housing 9 so as to be graspable, and one wheel etc. A brake means 4 for braking the braked member 3; and a brake means 4 for transmitting the grasping force of the brake lever 11 in the direction in which the brake means 4 brakes against the brake return spring 18 thereof. 4 and blur-
A Bowden cable 7 including an inner wire 5 and an outer wire 6 connecting the key operating means 2; one end is attached to the housing 9 side and the other end is attached to the button operating lever 11 side. Since the spring 23 is provided with the spring 23 which is engaged in the two directions of returning the start lever, there are the following advantages. When the grip force on the operating lever 11 is released, the lever 11 is reliably returned to its original position by the return spring 23, and the housing 9
can be touched reliably. Moreover, the repulsive force for returning the operating lever 11 is no longer necessary for the brake 1/key return spring 18, and the repulsive force of the force for returning the brake 1/key means 4 is sufficient, so that the spring 18 has a structure similar to that of a plane wheel. Not only is it possible, but it is also convenient for recitation and adjustment. Furthermore, if the brake return spring 18 is used to return the operating lever 11 to its original position, a strong spring is required to take into account the abrasion of the Bowden cable 7 and the backlash of various parts, but in the present invention, the brake means 4 and Return spring 18 for operating lever 1l
.. 23 individually, there is no need to consider the resistance of the Bowden cable 7, etc., and the overall operating force can be made lighter than that of the conventional one. Therefore, early breakage of the inner wire 5 of the Bowden cable 7 and detachment of the niff pull part (outer receiver, etc.) are less likely to result in malfunction, and light brake operation can be achieved.
