(Prior art) Conventionally, the combustion exhaust gas containing burnt smoke, oil particles, unpleasant components, etc. that is generated when cooking yakiniku (grilled meat) using a roaster is directly discharged outdoors through a ventilation fan or through a duct without any treatment. However, recently, combustion exhaust gas gold is first sucked into the roaster and used to remove oil particles from the exhaust gas using an electric concentrator, and then exhausted outdoors. It's being done. Also, % Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 1986-
As described in No. 101218, it has also been proposed to treat exhaust gas with an electrostatic precipitator to remove oil particles, and then treat it with an oxidation catalyst to remove odors and incomplete combustion gas components. However, with the direct exhaust method using a ventilation fan, it is difficult to achieve effective ventilation due to the capacity of the ventilation fan and the adjustment of indoor temperature. In addition, the duct method requires a large amount of money for piping equipment, and the location of the roaster There were problems such as limited availability. Furthermore, although the so-called non-duct method using an electrostatic precipitator removes smoke particles, it does not completely remove other components present in the combustion exhaust gas, so when conducting long-term Ill Ru As the odor gradually accumulates, people in the room may feel uncomfortable or
The disadvantage is that the aldehyde component in the exhaust gas causes eye pain.6-)Next. Furthermore, the treatment using an oxidation catalyst as described above was not sufficient in terms of odor removal, and improvements were desired. The present inventors investigated the removal of aldehyde components from exhaust gas, and found that sulfites,
It was found that sulfur oxyacid salts with reducing properties such as dithionite and thiosulfate are effective. however,
Although methods using these compounds are very effective in the short term, it has become clear that when large amounts of exhaust gas are treated over a long period of time, there is a problem in that the deodorizing effect gradually decreases over time. Kuta. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) An object of the present invention is to provide a deodorizing composition for roasters that can maintain an excellent deodorizing effect for a long period of time. In order to solve this problem, we conducted extensive research and found that it is effective to use the above-mentioned reducing sulfur oxyacid κ specific compound.
Based on this knowledge, we have completed the present invention. (Means for Solving the Problems) According to the present invention, there is provided a deodorizing composition characterized by containing an oxygen salt of sulfur having Al-reducing properties and (B) glycerin. The sulfur oxyacid salt (hereinafter sometimes referred to as 1% J component) used in the present invention that has a reducing property may be any salt of an acid that has a reducing property among sulfur oxyacids. Among sulfur oxygen acids, specific examples of reducing acids include sulfite, bisulfite, pyrosulfite, bilobisulfite, dithionite, and thiosulfate. Salt?: Constituent cations include, but are not limited to, ammonium ions, alkali metal ions, and alkaline earth metal ions. Basically,
Sodium sulfite, potassium sulfite, ammonium sulfite, calcium sulfite, sodium hydrogen sulfite, potassium hydrogen sulfite, ammonium hydrogen sulfite, sodium pyrosulfite, potassium birosulfite, sodium dithionite, ammonium dithionite, thio Examples include sodium sulfate, potassium thiosulfate, and ammonium thiosulfate. In the present invention, these sulfur oxyacid salts having reducing properties may be used alone or in combination of two or more. In the present invention, the reducing sulfur fluorine salt is sometimes referred to as a glycerin (hereinafter referred to as 03) component. ) It is necessary to use them together. If glycerin is not used in combination, the object of the present invention, which is to maintain the deodorizing effect on roaster exhaust gas over a long period of time, cannot be achieved. In the present invention, the usage ratio of the prison component and the IBI component is 20:1 to 1:20, preferably 10:1.
~1:10. If this ratio exceeds zo:xy, ′f
! However, when this ratio is less than 1:10, problems arise in terms of handling and price of the deodorizing composition.
