る。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (a) Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to an automatic log feeding device that feeds logs one by one to wood processing equipment such as ring barkers and sawmills. (Ex) Prior Art Conventionally, devices such as ring barkers or sawmills that feed and process logs one by one either have a worker stationed in the feeding section, or have a feeding device separate from the conveyor. Ta. (C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the known log feeding device, if a worker is placed in the feeding section, the labor cost will be high and the cost will be high. It required a complicated device separate from the one used to transport the logs, which led to high costs, and if multiple logs were supplied in a complicated manner, multiple logs could be supplied, which required monitoring personnel. (2) Means for solving the problems The present invention provides a method for installing a separating conveyor made of a chain, belt, wire, etc. on the path toward the log processing device,
A receiving member is attached to the separating conveyor, and a resistor is disposed at the lower part of the conveying path of the separating conveyor to abut against the circumferential surface of the logs to be transported, so that the logs are received by the receiving member and transported by the conveyor. When there are multiple logs, the resistor comes into contact with the bottom surface of the logs and provides resistance, causing the front log to rotate in a direction corresponding to the resistance, and the rear log to rotate in the direction corresponding to the resistance. By rotating the log, it rotates in the opposite direction and overcomes the receiving member, thereby making it possible to feed the log one by one while conveying it, thereby solving the above-mentioned problem in 2. 5j:. (e) Operation The logs supplied to the conveyor are received by the receiving member and are conveyed while being rotated while being resisted by the resistor on the lower surface. At this time, if multiple logs are supplied to the conveyor-F ,
The receiving member transports multiple logs while receiving them, and since it applies resistance to the f-plane of the log in front of the log that has reached the resistor, it tries to rotate so as to roll in the transport direction. At that time, if there are two logs, for example, the next log is
With its rear surface received by the receiving member, it receives a rotational force in the opposite direction from the contact surface with the front log, and by receiving this reverse rotation, it is rotated in the opposite direction and rides on the receiving member. He finally climbed over the support member and fell backwards,
In the end, the conveyor ends up supplying only one of the plurality of logs in front of the receiving member to the extrusion C processing device. (F) Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention is explained about a ring barker shown in the drawings. The ring barker is equipped with a rotor provided with a plurality of skinning blades and rotated by a moku 1 in the middle part. A feeding device is provided on the front side, and a feeding device is provided on the opposite side.
and a presser roll 4 that is raised and lowered by a fluid cylinder 3. A supply conveyor 5a is provided on the feed side, and a discharge conveyor 5b is provided on the delivery side. A log supplying device is disposed on the side of the supplying conveyor 5a, and the logs 6 are dropped one by one onto the supplying conveyor 5a. It consists of a feeding conveyor 7 that carries logs 6 and rotates intermittently, and a separating conveyor 8 that transports the logs 6 one by one. It is constructed by extending book transport chains lO. . . in parallel to the stacking table 11.

. . , and the second transportation engine 12a... The receiving member 13, which is lower than the diameter of the log 6, is installed in the engine 12b at a synchronized position so that one log 6 can be received at the same time.
Said conveyance chain 12a. On the side of the support frame 14 of 12b,
A resistor 15 made of a plate having a sawtooth-like unevenness on its upper surface is fixedly attached or adjustable up and down. The receiving member 13
The height of the first or second conveying chain 12a. If 12b is made to have a steep upward slope, it is possible to supply only one log from a plurality of logs even if the diameter is approximately equal to the diameter of the log or even if the diameter is appropriately increased. The resistor l5 may be disposed between a pair of conveying engines, or may be shortened in length and attached to the machine frame in the middle of the lifting route. The slope of the resistor 15 is as shown in the figure in the first and second conveyance chains]2a. 12b, but if the resistor l5 is shortened, the first and second
Conveying chain 12a. In some cases, the slope may be slightly steeper than that of 12b, and in either case, it is better to have the resistor 15 protrude upward from the transport jA surface of the transport chain 12 and not provide the resistor 15 near the lower end.

2a starting end, the front and rear conveyance chains 12a. 12b, and between the second conveyor chain 12b and the ring barker supply conveyor 5a, a supply guide member 16.1 is provided, respectively.
7.1.8 and a detector 19.20.21 such as a photoelectric switch that detects whether or not a log 6 is present in the next process is provided, and the support frame 22 is provided with a detector 19.20. Detectors 23 and 24 are installed to detect the presence or absence of logs 6. Next, the operation will be explained. A large number of logs 6 are loaded onto the feeding conveyor 7 by a forklift or other appropriate means. At that time, if the detector 19 does not detect anything, the feed conveyor 7 rotates due to activation of the motor, and one or two logs 6 at the front end of the conveyor 7 are transferred to the starting end of the first conveyance chain 12a on the near side. The log 6 falls and is supported by the support frame l4... and the supply guide member l6, the detector l9 detects the log 6, and this detection signal causes the supply conveyor 7 to stop. In the first conveyance chain 12a..., when there is no log 6 at the starting end of the second conveyance chain 12b, that is, when the detector 20 is not detected, the motor is activated and rotates, and the accompanying receiving member l3 is rotated. , the log 6 supported by the support frame l4... is pushed diagonally upward and conveyed. At that time, if there is only one log 6, it is pushed up by the receiving member 13, receives resistance from the resistor l5, and is transported clockwise in FIG. 3 while rotating on the support frame 14. is not detected,
If the logs 6 are not detected by the detector 21 because there is no log 6 on the supply conveyor 5a, the logs 6 are transferred to the second conveyor chain l2b as they are, and if the logs 6 are not detected on the supply conveyor 5a, the logs 6 are fed to the supply conveyor 5a, which is constantly rotating. When the log 6 is conveyed and supplied to the ring barker 1, and the log is detected by the detectors 23.24, the second conveyance chain 12b is stopped, and the second conveyance chain 12b is stopped.
20. or 2l is in the detection state, the transport means in front of it will stop.6 However, when the detector 2l changes from the detection state to the non-detection state, the conveyor After the time period for the log 6 on 5a to escape from the input area of the next log 6, the second log 6 is

It is pushed up and conveyed by 3. At this time, the front log 6 rotates clockwise in the same manner as described above while being in pressure contact with the circumferential surface of the rear log 6, so the rear log 6 receives counterclockwise rotational force and is supported. It rotates in that direction on the frame l4, thereby overcoming the resistor l5 and falling backward, and even if there are only three logs 6 supplied, while being transported, as mentioned above, Overcoming phenomena occurred one after another, and eventually,
Only one log 6 is received by the receiving member l3 and transported.

Both have exactly the same effect and are activated when the detector 2l becomes non-detecting. Note that this group of second conveyance chains can be omitted. At this time, the detector 20 detects the presence or absence of logs 6 on the supply conveyor 5a. Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 5. This embodiment differs from the above-mentioned embodiment in that the conveyance chain 12c is stretched approximately horizontally, and the sensor par 25a of the detector 25 is spread over approximately the entire conveyance area. The difference is that when there is a log 6 on the conveyance chain 12c, the sensor bar 25a is pushed down by the log 6 against the spring 26 and enters the detection state, and when there is no log 6, it rises and is not detected. becomes. This non-detection signal activates the conveyance chain lO of the feed conveyor 7.

(G) Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the logs 6 can be separated one by one while being fed and conveyed to the processing device, and moreover, a plurality of logs 6 can be fed to the separation conveyor 8. In this case, the log 6 at the front rotates while being resisted by the resistor l5 on its lower surface, and the log 6 at the rear rotates in the opposite direction to ensure that it gets over the receiving member l3. However, it is possible to accurately separate logs one by one and supply them to log processing equipment.
